Red Oar Cottage is a relaxing quiet refuge on the waterfront at Little Fairbanks Lake. Bring your water toys or borrow our paddle board to enjoy the lake. Evenings by the fire with friends and family. 2 Bedrooms in the cottage and a cute 2 bed bunkie with a private deck for everyone. The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital.

Each cabin comes with a BBQ and griddle as well as fully stocked kitchen and bed and bath linens. The drive is approximately 40 minutes from Sudbury and paved right to the property.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
