I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

All I have to say is, we were just here in January and now we’re planning on coming back in August for the regatta. I can’t say enough good things about the property, location, and Shinida. **Perfect Home by the Sea – Pure Relaxation!** We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly furnished house. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or living area – absolutely nothing is missing! The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, and the private access to the water makes the experience even more unique. Beaches and supermarkets are just a few minutes away, making the location perfect. A special thank you to Alessandro, who was always available, provided us with great tips, and was incredibly friendly and helpful – like a good friend on-site. We will definitely be back!

Wow! What a gem of a place! I don’t know where to start. Everything was just PERFECT! It’s our second trip to Exuma and couldn’t have been happier to find Angeline’s place. It’s 15mins from the airport, 5 min walk to one the best beaches of Exuma, Jolly Hall. The villa has one of the best views of Jolly Hall beach/bay as it sits on top of the hill. The balconies on the second level provide stunning views of the area and perfect for watching the sunrise! The pool and deck beach chairs in the backyard were the cherry on the cake. We enjoyed the early morning sun while sipping on coffee. It also provided the perfect privacy. Angeline has provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved cooking in the spacious and beautiful kitchen. We loved the modern feel of the villa and was just beautifully laid out. Thank you Angeline for being a great host and for letting us enjoy our stay in Exuma. And thanks you Cleo for your help keeping the place clean! We will come back! Max

February Point is a beautiful, safe area to stay in Exuma. The Rusty Anchor and access to the pool was a great amenity. We would go back!

This home was so convenient to restaurants, stores, bars, etc. We were only in Exuma for a few days so this location made it easy for us to not spend all of our time driving to reach the activities we wanted to do. The home was clean and beautiful, as were the grounds and neighborhood. The community was gated which gave an extra sense of security. My entire family was pleased with the home and location and said they would all love to stay here again when we return to Exuma.

This was our third trip to Black Point and specifically Ulrisa and Breadboy’s cottages. We absolutely love it. Everyone on the island is friendly and makes you feel at home. We rented a 32’ boat for our stay and spent every day out exploring the wonders of the Exumas. This is an experience you will never forget.

Ocean Reef was a wonderful spot to stay. Ulrisa was responsive when addressing our questions and helped us arrange groceries and a rental boat to explore other islands in the area. They were helpful with transport to and from the island's local airport and gave helpful information regarding local restaurants and fun destinations. Bread Boy is personable and attentive to guest needs. Any concern or question we might have had was addressed quickly and without issue. Ocean Reef was plenty of space for our stay and had pots, pans, and kitchen utensils for cooking our own meals when desired. The cottage was clean and well furnished.

Being to Exuma before, everything was as expected! The beach was right there and more beautiful then i imagined! We were the only ones on the beach during our stay! Great place to stay if you know what to expect! Definitely need a car!

What a beautiful place.

Very good accommodation and in a great location in the north of the island. It is very private and we were completely alone on the beach at times. A car is definitely needed to explore the whole island and visit various restaurants in the evening Everything is extremely flexible and no one is stressed here. You should be prepared for this, but it's not a problem for me at all. Was even able to stay a little longer at check-out until the flight left. The buffet on Sunday is super delicious and absolutely fair for $30. Very delicious!

Elvis and Maryann are wonderful hosts! The series of cottages are cheerful and right on the beach. Elvis made a great lunch for us on arrival. The white sand beach was easily accessed and expansive.

Great Location, the beach is walking distance, host was amazing, place was extremely clean! I will definitely stay here again!!

Paul was the Best Host we have had. Very friendly. Always available if we needed anything… if he didn’t have something he would get it for you. Very accommodating. His place has everything you need and the Beach in my opinion is one of the Best on the Island. He also rents cars and will pick you up & drop you at airport if needed. He can tell you how to access everything on the island. So helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom although it was just the two of us it was a very spacious place … next time we would probably only need the one bedroom. We think his place is the best spot on the island cause you are only 20 mins from downtown Georgetown. And close enough to everything. We loved having the whole 3 or 4 miles of beach to ourselves! We just can’t say enough about Paul’s place!

Very responsive, couldn’t have been better. Especially since we’d just left an awful situation in another property.

This is a great place for those that want to be away from the crowds. Private home in a quaint community withal a community pool and tiki bar. This was our second time staying at The Cays and it is perfect for our family! The road getting there is a bit bumpy but hoping the island will fix that soon!! Would definitely recommend this rental!! Kelly was a pleasure to work with and accommodated our needs!!

We had such a good time in Exuma & Taylor helped to make that happen. The apt. is great and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom was squeaky clean, the bed and linens were so comfy. They even had a cooler for you to use for the beach and floaters. Taylor provided us with so many good recommendations on restaurants and things to do! We can’t wait to go back :) :) :)

We got married during our stay, and the villa was for just us two. The property would, however, be comfortable for a 6 person party. It was perfectly private and peaceful, with a BEAUTIFUL sunrise view over the ocean with a leaning palm tree right by us. The kitchen had all items needed to prepare a meal. The deck is where we hung out most while there. The property was clean and decorated tastefully. The outdoor shower was convenient when coming in from the beach. Elvis, the caretaker, was easy to find upon check-in and so friendly. The air conditioning worked great for comfortable sleeping. I have no complaints about the property. I would stay here again and recommend Casa Nomad all the way.

Linda was friendly, supportive and responsive. The space is exactly as described and comfortable. - jewelry safe, huge comfortable bed, lots of linens, smart TV, hair dryer, lots of outlets, cordless mini vacuum, lots of storage space, full sized ironing board, solid appliances and functioning shower, toilet, fans, AC - no tech issues. There wasn't anything that was missing or had to be asked for. There was a binder of information and labels all around that led the way. The space is cozy and stocked with everything you need. Welcome beers were in the fridge which was a great touch especially after traveling to get there!
