Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Eugenia Lake

Jesse was a very helpful, responsive host. This house was perfect for our family with all the amenities as described in the listing. It is next door to a community centre which had a dance on the Saturday night, but the music was not that loud and it was over at midnight. Each bedroom had a sound machine you could use to fall asleep to waves or birds or other soothing sounds. The whole house was very clean and the pantry was well stocked and every kind of utensil and dish and glass and cup you could need was provided. The narrow fairly steep stairs to bedrooms on the second floor might be a challenge for some if you have knee issues. For us it was really a great place to stay and exactly as pictured and described.

This was our second year at Carrie and Dan's cottage and once again my family and I had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property which anyone would have fun at.

We absolutely loved our stay at Janna’s place. Her charming home is thoughtfully stocked with high-quality touches throughout. Outside, a sprawling yard beckons with multiple fire pits, plenty of firewood, and a top-of-the-line hot tub, all tucked away in complete privacy. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend.

Keith is a great host! He gave very clear and easy to follow instructions about the property! We also had the privilege of checking in a few hours early, which was very helpful with our 6 month old. The house/property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. My husband and I really appreciated that there was some baby furniture available as well! We look forward to staying at Keith’s property again in the future :)

We had an amazing experience. It’s a beautiful home with modern amenities and a beautiful outdoor area. We arrived in a cozy town with nearby restaurants and general store. It was a very clean and well prepped home. Our host was amazing. She was accommodating and very kind, always responsive and very welcoming. We highly recommend this stay. 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Butchart Estate. It was even more lovely in person. The kitchen has everything you could need and more and the pool room was a big hit.

The gardens and creek were just lovely…the apartment was clean & pretty much had all I needed. In particular the bed was excellent- had a great sleep. Would stay here again, if needed. Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

Cathy was an exceptional host! The accommodations were so beautiful, so much love and hard work put in to making it a cozy place to stay. Bed was huge and comfy. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Hot tub was relaxing and private. We want to come back and try one of her other suites.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's place. The surroundings were very peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to all amenities. We were in the area for a fastball tournament, and this accommodation was a much nicer option than a hotel or motel. We utilized the kitchen to prepare our breakfasts and dinners instead of eating out, and the living room was a comfortable space for us to relax in during the evenings. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed and linens were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you to Don and Mary Ellen for sharing their slice of Heaven with us. The room was beautiful and every detail was thought of. Quick responses for questions and always ensuring we had everything we needed. The animals were well taken care of and all have a wonderful story of how they came to the Roamin’ Donkey. Amber’s home was absolutely perfect for our short trip to Barrie! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it feel so warm and inviting. Amber was an incredible host, going above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which we truly appreciated. We’re happy to give her five stars and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend! P.S. If you’re staying in the winter, don’t forget to bring slippers—the tiles can feel a little chilly, but the warm fireplace makes the space incredibly cozy!

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed! I attended a wedding in the area and my only wish is that I had more time on the property. I would recommend this place to anyone and I hope I can stay again.

The creekside cabin is nothing short of magical. The cabin and property exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Kerri is a thoughtful host, who has clearly looked after the details to ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The creek itself is very special, offering a beautiful backdrop and peaceful soundscape to the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, perfectly situated by the creek for your viewing pleasure. The property and surrounding areas in Beaver valley have so much to offer, including beautiful trails, local food and restaurants and nearby shops. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We look forward to returning as soon as we can!

Jill And Chef Jeff are A++ hosts. They were very responsive to requests and inquires. Their property is a slices of heaven; quiet, and peaceful. Bird songs to start your day. Chef Jeff's culinary delights had us indulging in his masterpieces the next day. I HIGHLY recommend you working with Chef for 1 nights dinner. Thank you to this fabulous couple.

Spent a lovely long weekend at this cozy cabin! The property is beautiful and full of areas to explore, Neil is an incredibly friendly and engaged host, and Luna is the sweetest furry co-host. Perfect location for a peaceful and rustic stay!

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s cottage! Incredible view of the lake, the lake water was crystal-clear. Beach house was well maintained and very clean, the interior decor was stunning! Beach house/garage had all the amenities you will need! The 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes were a great edition! we enjoyed walks/bike rides through the trails in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back, HIGHLY recommend! Adam was very helpful, insightful, and gave fast replies! Great host!

Tracey’s place exceeded all expectations! The cottage was absolutely perfect. Cozy, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was simply amazing. This charming cabin had everything we needed and matched the listing description perfectly. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better. just a short 5 minute walk to the public beach. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

We were blown away by this stunning retreat in the woods. The host has thought of absolutely everything to make the stay enjoyable and memorable . The kitchen was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. We especially enjoyed the pour over coffee from a local roaster. Other highlights: Sonos speakers playing music all weekend, bath products, plenty of towels and linens, bath robes. The instruction manual app is very detailed and has everything you could possibly need to know. The host is quick to respond. Mountain bike trails 1-2 km up the road - some of the best we have seen. We used the sauna and cold plunge more than we thought we would - it was FAB. Zero complaints. We would LOVE to stay here again.
