Villa vacation rentals in Étang de Thau

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Our stay at Pierre's went extremely well! We were a family with children staying there for several days and found the house very pleasant to stay in, warm and spacious. The small corner of the garden/outdoor terrace is very nice as well as the beautiful bay window overlooking the greenery. Pierre is a very welcoming and warm host. We would highly recommend this listing to other guests!!

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We felt at home! Christel is a friendly hostess and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly decorated and in a great condition. Accommodations like this one from Christel make vacations unforgettable. A very big thank you to Chantal and her husband, it was as if you had been away for a very long time and are coming home. She is very accommodating, helpful, charming and very well organized. There was a great introduction to the house & surroundings, lots of information about restaurants, places to see. The house is incredibly clean, well-maintained and equipped with a lot of love. Attention is paid to sustainability and there is really nothing to complain about. Everything functional. The surroundings especially the beach very large and beautiful. We were 8 people in the house and it has enough space not to step on each other's feet. The pool is very nice, heated and the hot tub absolutely great. We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Beautiful site! Angelique was more than welcoming. We were difficult/not reachable during the trip. She waited for us, was flexible, responsive, impeccable service! The house is modern, beautiful and very well-equipped, we lacked nothing. Angélique provided us with beds/sheets/playpens etc. for babies. Everything is done with a lot of love. We wanted a base from which to do some exploring and from Valerie's we drove easily to Aigues Mortes and Nimes plus the beautiful unspoiled village of St Jean Bueges. Heating the pool had been a problem before we arrived because of the unseasonable cold weather. But though a little chilly on our first day, it soon warmed up and was lovely to be in, surrounded by trees and flowers. The living space is large and congenial. Outstanding though are the areas outside where you can have shade or sun as you wish at all times of day. The garden is beautiful and we were serenaded by absolutely amazing birdsong in both mornings and evenings. Valerie was in touch throughout the week as needed which was appreciated. A lovely restful place.

Very good stay for 10 people at Sébastien's. We had a pleasant time in this very well-equipped accommodation, including a sauna.

We had a dream weekend with family (14 people) at Casajuma, the only thing missing was the sun. Warm welcome. Christophe is very accommodating. Description according to the advertisement. Nothing was missing. Everything is perfect. I recommend it. We'll be there again. Thank you Christophe. ;

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. The stay went perfectly, thank you very much to Tiphaine for her welcome, kindness, availability. Nothing to say about the quality of its services: large, beautiful, well-appointed, clean, super well-equipped house. We were also able, on the advice of our hotel, to discover the surroundings on foot or by car. In one word: perfect.

We had a great time at this very nice villa. No face to face, very quiet. Communication with Frédérique is very fluid and accommodating.

Paul is a great host. Fast responses on questions and has good and useful information. The house is in a beautiful surrounding and is equipped with everything you need..and more. Some minor defectives here and there which could be a point to improve even further on. The pool was very clean and had a nice temperature, even in april/may. To bad, the last few days there was a bit of a sewage smell around the pool area which couldnt be fixed in time before our departure, but overall we were happy it was not from day one. The sunsets, the nature surrounding the house. Listening to the variaty of birds in the morning. very relaxing experience and we had a great time. Thanks Paul.
