Your quick messages, the flexibility for check-in two hours earlier, and check out without pressure on Sundays... it's really rare and very appreciated. Joël offers a wonderfully located apartment facing the sea and facing the marina in a very nice little seaside resort in Brittany where there are many restaurants nearby. The apartment is very well decorated and super functional, over-equipped, impeccable bedding and bathroom as well. Joël is very accommodating for the departure and arrival, he is a good source of information for restaurants and walks. Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation much larger than in the photos and very well located. Alix is adorable and available immediately by message if you have any questions. Beach and city center within walking distance, not far. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice and tastefully furnished studio. We enjoyed the place in the heart of Binic. Restaurants, the beach, the Gr34 nearby. We were charmed and intend to come back and stay longer.

Very well located accommodation, close to the center, shops, port. Very nice small courtyard. Difficult to park on the street, spaces always occupied.

We had a wonderful time in Binic. The house is comfortable, spacious, very well equipped, ideally located. The enclosed garden, the terrace sheltered from the wind, the summer kitchen allow you to take meals outside, enjoy the sun and outdoor games with the children. The ability to park the car in the garden driveway is not insignificant! We sincerely thank our hosts for their considerate hosting, their availability, their attention. Ideally located on the port of Loguivy, this house is very pleasant to stay in. Its terrace is ideal for observing tidal flows and reflux, boats and wildlife. A real haven of peace. Everything is functional, super clean and very well-equipped. At 7 we had a great time in the living room or kitchen. It is a perfect base for walking along the GR34. The grocery store at Mimi's serves as a bread deposit (very good) and the bistro at Gaud's exudes good humor and authenticity. Thanks Alexia

I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio
