The stay was excellent. The apartment is well laid out and has everything you need for your stay. My family loved it. We recommend it and look forward to returning soon.

This house is perfect for a long term stay! There is everything you could think of in the house. Very well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, linens, etc. The street is pretty busy and there is a club near the house so it can be loud at times but you get used to it. Overall, an amazing house with incredible views from the rooftop!

Excellent place, Linda and Ricardo are very kind to respond, the house has all the amenities in the photo, very cozy, and with everything you need to be comfortable. We had a great time, very safe, many taxis pass by the place for transportation. We were very satisfied, and we hope to return.

Excellent Airbnb, well-located and fully equipped. Very comfortable and quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Communication with Stephanie was very smooth, and she was always attentive to any questions.

Marías is a great place to stay in Matagalpa. The accommodation is top quality and the service from everyone is friendly and helpful. There are lots of large common areas with comfortable seating. The layout of the property makes you feel you are in a huge private villa. Lovely hot showers. Easy walk to town. There is a very good restaurant on the corner. The breakfast is delicious, cooked to order, and enormous! Highly recommended!

This is the perfect location to explore Somoto Canyon. Patricia is a wonderful host and she arranged the perfect tour for us as soon as she found out what our interests were. The house is in nice neighbourhood easy to reach by taxi. A few restaurants nearby, but we really enjoyed both supper and breakfast that Patricia prepared for us.
