The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Accommodation exceeded all my expectations, clean, organized and super comfortable apartment, very cozy, new furniture, as described in the advertisement. Very well maintained, clean condominium, pools with clear water, great for swimming. Good location, close to shops, easy to access. I simply loved the accommodation, I recommend it. The apartment is extremely well located, right on the waterfront of Atalaia. It has a restaurant with great price on the same street (gilsons). Large, airy and clean apartment. Children's safe, with screen on all windows. Township has a neighbor who is very kind and helped us on a few occasions. The common area of the building does not offer comfort for activities or stay. We missed newer and more varied items in the kitchen, because we were with children and the elderly, the intention was to eat more at home, but in the end we got along. Tatiana kindly separated some crib rolls for my 2-year-old daughter not to roll from the mattress. We had some mishaps during the stay, but in the end Tatiana managed to solve them, that matters. It was a great experience. We would return!

Antônio's apartment is excellent. Very spacious and well-maintained. Highlight to the balcony with full sea view. Not to mention the bathtub that gives it a whole special touch. I intend to return for sure.

I have no adjectives to express how sensational it was to stay in Mr. Luiz's apartment. It was an amazing stay! I loved the location, close to the beach, the structure of the apartment, it accommodated my family very well (five people), as well as the condominium. Next to the condominium there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, excellent restaurant 900m away. You have great taste! I'll definitely be staying again when I get back to Aracaju. The cost-benefit was very good. Thank you very much Mr. Luiz for your attention and education.

Having stayed in Helder's apartment was simply super quiet, I felt quite comfortable and at ease, as if at home.
