We had a great time at La Couarde for the Easter holidays. We were looking for a house with a beautiful living space, warm, well arranged and well decorated in case of bad weather, Nicolas's house met all these criteria. As soon as the front door opened, we felt wonderful in this very beautiful house. The kitchen is beautiful and very functional, the glass/glass window overlooking the small green courtyard brings a beautiful light, many extra lighting make it possible to put a nice cozy atmosphere. In short, we loved it!

Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. The bedding is comfortable, and there is the necessary "vital" for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, herbal teas etc....) it's appreciated. Thank you!

As described. I recommend it. There were 3 of us, it shouldn't be more (according to us). La Flotte is a very charming village, the seaside is very nice. Restaurants, shops, possibility of having bikes. Everything is available on site to enjoy and discover. It's easy to move from one place to another on the island. We recommend the restaurant: "la bouche rit". Received at 12:15 p.m. without a reservation, we were given a place. The food is very well prepared, the service is efficient, the professionals are smiling. In short, simple and efficient.

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

Nice very functional apartment and great location! We appreciated the proximity to the hyper center and the multitude of restaurants and other shops, which allows us to do anything by foot. The small building is quiet and very easy access despite the 2nd floor. Great stay!

we had a very nice stay at Île de Ré, the accommodation is well located in the heart of Saint Martin,which overlooks the street of commerce and shops, the port a stone's throw away. Sylvia is very punctual, she was there when we arrived, to settle into the accommodation and give us information and some directions to better enjoy our stay. We spent 2 nights at villasVeronique île de ré, in the Vanilla cocoon. Everything is perfect from the personalized welcome to the details: very comfortable bedding, decoration and choice of materials, porcelain dishes, jacuzzi... We were delighted with our stay. The listing is as described, even better than in the photos. Very well located, 5 minutes from the beach with bike paths, and the big plus, making bikes available by Marie, ideal so as not to clutter. The accommodation is quiet, which is very pleasant. We had a pleasant stay in this well-thought-out and well-appointed rental, the most being clearly the proximity as it is located in the city center. Bakery just across the road. The market is a 2-minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped with a new oven and washer-dryer. Parking 2 mins away. Discreet owner but responsive when we had any questions. In short, go with your eyes closed. Thanks for the stay.

beautiful, well equipped house about half an hour walking from the beach. the big situatie were the two bikes that we could use, perfect to get around with! we loved our stay here! just be aware not to follow Google Maps, it takes you into the sand at the backside of the house.
