Vacation rentals with beach access in Espinar

We loved our stay, right on the water with the sound of the ocean to sleep to. The kitchen had simple equipment to cook with and we loved sitting outside having our coffee and breakfast. Xavier was very responsive and helpful. It’s safe, quiet, and beautiful. You can’t really walk to town, but everything is a short drive.

Great place to stay and great host, the spot is very nice and had a great time around.

This place is absolutely amazing. There is no other way to describe it. We slept like babies listening to the waves crash against the rocks. The backyard area is also stunning and you can tell a lot of time and energy went into making it the perfect escape. This is one of the best homes that we ever rented in here.

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

Pros: the photos matched exactly, parking is easy, you have restaurants and coffee within walking distance, and view of the beach. Outdoor shower access, they provided plenty of beach towels. Cons: a bit cramped for 3 people, kitchen is very bare bones. No space to lounge or hangout inside. The bunk bed bedroom serves as a hallway between the bathroom, second bedroom and living room so isn't private. Things to note: please read the photo description!!! Some of the information is ONLY listed there and not in the description so we didn't notice it. The top bunk bed is only for somebody 125 lbs or lighter, the bottom bunk is only for 165 or lighter. Not good for 4 adults. All the super cute outdoor space and laundry is shared, the second bathroom is shared. The hosts were super attentive and friendly, it's a good Airbnb if your priorities are location, cute outdoor space, and beach views.

Wow, what a great apartment with everything you need and more. The girl thought of every detail: whatever you want, it has it, from wipes to clean your glasses to tums and panadol. It really was a luxury to stay there! I would come back without thinking.

Rent both the studio and apartment if if have a group of more than 5. The beaches in the area are great (Crash Boat very close by. Rompe Ola restaurant was great! They have a small downtown (plaza) and the kiosks the fabulous. Besides a problem with the water heater, everything great and very clean! The roof top was best.

This was our 2nd time staying at Victors and my family absolutely LOVES this house. We truly feel it’s our home away from home. Make sure you ask for the Google Coordinates when you come. The home is well aired and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and aside from a few mosquitos that come in from the outside, Victor takes pride in the cleanliness of the home and keeps it immaculate. The area is close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. When the island had a blackout, Victor was proactive in starting the home’s generator. The only issues we had were the bugs, bees and mosquitoes outside the pool area which is hard to control. I recommend getting some kind of spray during your stay.

The place is identical to the photos, everything is very clean, easy to reach and easy access to tourist places.

I had a wonderful stay at Leo’s place! The place looks just like the pictures, very clean, modern, and super cute. It’s in the Pueblo so it’s lively, yet peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and the location is central to everything, with the beach just a short walk away! Leo was incredibly responsive and welcoming, he really made me feel at home. During the island blackout he even provided a generator to keep things running smoothly. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again in a heartbeat!

My family and I stayed at the house this past week! We had an amazing time! The waves were a little big for my small children. However, we loved coming back from the beaches to the house. The sunsets were beautiful! One night we wanted to grill and the propane was out and the property manager, Chris came right over and changed it.

Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Ivelisse was an amazing host. It was the first time a host personally gave the keys of her place and gave me a small tour of the facilities. Also, knowing it was my wife’s birthday, she decorated the apartment with birthday props. Overall the place is well equipped. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Also the views from the apartment are amazing. Definitely it’s a place that I will visit again. Thanks Ivelisse !!!

I loved the place, everything was very nice, quiet. Carlos and Vicky were very friendly and helpful, they even gave my girl a birthday cake. My happy girl enjoyed it very much. I would come back without thinking. Carlos and Vicky, thank you very much🙏🏽❤️.

Beautiful location! Easy access to Rincon and Aguadilla by car and nice little private beach one block away. Such a unique space. Host very responsive, helped us with a generator when the power was out. Definitely a gem!

The Place was clean and cozy, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to restaurants the beach was steps away and close to All the Top beaches on the Westside. The host was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous
