We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We had a great time at Eric's place. There were 6 of us, the house was perfectly suitable! Thanks to Eric for hosting us! We recommend it!!

Fanny was a host with whom communication was simple and seamless. Her place was very clean, tidy and had everything you need for young and old. The spa available is lovely. We had a lovely weekend!

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

Friendly owners, very well-equipped house, located in a very quiet village, a beautiful garden and the best of all, the pool of course. Perfect for a nice quiet vacation, 30 min from Narbonne, Canal du Midi, sea etc... we will come back without hesitation. I recommend it.

A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! I would recommend everyone to go there without hesitation and take the time to chat with François who is a more than kind person 😁

We were hosted very well by Bertrand who was very responsive throughout the stay, as soon as we had a question or problem. The space was exactly as described, with good facilities and good beds. The presence of air conditioning in each room is a plus. The proximity to other families who were staying nearby went well, and we were able to enjoy the pool at our leisure. Finally, one of the big highlights of the accommodation is its location in the middle of the hills, away from the hustle and bustle and allowing you to really find yourself.

We enjoyed Arnaud's accommodation. Quiet, clean and with air conditioning which is not insignificant. The accommodation, although not having an outside, has a small terrace upstairs that is very pleasant in the morning and evening to enjoy the freshness and the stars. 11 minutes from Perpignan train station.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this Airbnb home with my family. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by incredibly friendly and attentive hosts. The house itself is beautiful, equipped with air conditioning, which was a real plus on hot days. The splendid pool allowed us to spend hours of fun under the sun. What really marked our stay was the exceptional responsiveness of hosts. When the dishwasher broke down, they immediately took matters into their own hands and brought us a new one on the same day, ensuring our comfort without interruption. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by small touches, like fresh eggs offered by Mylène, our thoughtful host. The accommodation is also ideal for children, with a multitude of amenities at their disposal. Anyway...a great family holiday.

We were 10 people and had a great time. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Excellent kitchen full of everything we needed and big enough tables for everyone both inside and outside. Swimming pool was great, clean and modern. Hosts were there when we arrived and showed us the place and explained where everything was. Really friendly. Recommended!

5-day stay for 2 couples + 3 teens, perfect and functional accommodation. Quite well equipped overall, a very nice little courtyard in good weather. Easy to find accommodation with plenty of parking in front of or behind the house. Well located for visiting Carcassonne and its surroundings.

The hosts are very welcoming. The villa is very clean. The pool is superb and the plancha filled our evenings. We felt very comfortable there. Good tips. Shopping mall nearby. Very pleasant sandy beaches in the area. The area to go with family. Thank you. We will most certainly be back next summer.

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Beautiful and large building perfectly renovated in a peaceful haven. Located in the countryside surrounded by mountains, in a dream environment for nature lovers. The interior of the house is large and perfectly arranged to allow everyone to have their privacy. Laurence and son.mari are friendly, welcoming and discreet. "A good rating " also to Muriel who welcomed us and was able to be available , kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this beautiful rental.

Nice house, great place

Very nice stay, we enjoyed a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the Canigou is stunning. The location allows for step-free arrival and unloading. Well-equipped, just bring laundry and dishwasher product (a capsule is provided for the dishwasher) in order to use the machines. The house was clean upon arrival. The rooms are large and functional, very good for three people. We enjoyed staying at this rental, we will gladly go back.

Spend a few days with my family in Bin's house and I can safely say that it could not be better, the house was impeccable clean,the kitchen with everything you need, the unsurpassed views but the best of the best is Bin's attention, the words do not exist to thank him everything, the fireplace was lit upon our arrival so we were very warm, I am waiting for us at the arrival of the village to welcome us and guide us, we asked Bin he was in the min to solve it, the children loved with the mountain hikes, in summer that river is a wonderful place to spend the day. I really felt at home, we spent the end of the year doing BBQ with a starry sky like I had never seen it. If what you are looking for is a cabin in a mountain to relax and admire the nature without a doubt Bin's house is the one indicated. Thank you very much Bin and your wife for being great hosts.
