Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Esnandes

Our Host, Celia, was pleasant, accommodating, available, gave good advice and was punctual. Stay, too short of 2 nights, spent with 7 adults and 1 baby, in a very nice house, very well equipped (The baby kit was present As agreed, upon arrival). Clean, spacious house, arranged with taste and originality, where you can feel good and where it is pleasant to stay. Good bedding. The beach located about 10 minutes' walk away is beautiful and the water is beautiful blue and green colors. 5 sea swims in 2 days, although the sea temperature was between 15 and 16 degrees.

Wow, this is a wonderful place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The three totally private gites are in a private park with lots of trees and wild life. We stayed in the garden suite and it was like having your own home. We enjoyed having a dip in the heated pool. The beautiful Port-d’Envaux village is a two minute stroll away. Céline is a delightful hostess. We have stayed in dozens of bnb accommodations around the world - this one is the best by far.

The listing is as described and clean. Everything was there for a pleasant stay: well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, outdoor terrace and barbecue, quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owner. We are very happy with our stay with family.

We had a great time at Anne's place, which had everything we needed to be comfortable. We particularly liked the quiet location and close to the sea for a nice walk. The pluses: very comfortable bedding, a terrace in the sun at the end of the day, a quiet garden area with sun in the morning and a very pleasant competition shower! We thank Anne for her advice on restaurants and for her warm welcome. We won't hesitate to return!

Damien welcomed us very warmly and was accommodating for the check-in and checkout times. The apartment is in a very good location for walking, very clean, well-equipped for cooking and nicely decorated. I recommend it!

The accommodation is very easy to access, even by bus, from La Rochelle train station. Very good point. Apartment, clean, very well equipped, with a nice living space. Virginie, who welcomed us, was very kind. We felt right at home and had a great time :-)

Great stay on an extended romantic weekend. Ultra-detailed instructions allow for a peaceful check-in. The exchanges have always been kind and courteous. The terrace is an undeniable plus, and again, we didn't take the spa option. The rental is very well located, a bus station nearby to enjoy downtown La Rochelle (difficult to access by car). Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

If you are looking for an optimal starting point to explore the beautiful city of La Rochelle and its surroundings, this is the place to be. It couldn't be more central, countless restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The entire "logistical" process (key handover, access codes, where to unload and park the car) is well organized, communication with Sylvie in this regard is excellent. The Vieux Port is a car-free zone, but you can unload the car at the apartment and then park it in a nearby parking garage thanks to a parking pass from Sylvie. The apartment itself is bright, with great views, tastefully decorated, richly equipped, with comfortable beds and very clean. We were there for 4 nights, felt very comfortable and can recommend it to all city travelers without reservation.

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 min to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good hosting. The market next door is a good point!
