Lake view and access to the beautiful garden with stream and fire pit. The apartment has its own bathroom/toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The area is characterized by the beautiful glacial landscape. There is 1 km to both beach and forest. In addition, the "Tour de France" route passes right by the farm. Plenty of opportunities for cycling, hiking and water sports.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 with new windows, floors with underfloor heating, new kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing dryer. The apartment is bright and cozy within walking distance to everything and only 750 meters from Slagelse Station. Shared park-like garden for the use of the 7 apartments in the property. Free parking available on the street. Apartment is rented with all kitchen fixtures and electrical appliances as well as various necessities. Minimum stay is 28 days.

45 minutes from Copenhagen and 5 minutes from Frederikssund, this small guest house has its own bathroom and toilet and a small courtyard. The house is close to both Roskilde and Issefjorden and the large forests around Jægerspris. There is a small dog in the main house that has access to the courtyard and garden. No smoking inside the small guest house There is takeaway within a 5 km radius; sushi, Thai food, pizza, McDonald's, burgers, grill, Asian, Chinese No smoking inside, you can smoke outside in the courtyard

Velkommen til vores skønne lille sommerhus i Gundestrup, Odsherred. 50 min i bil fra København ligger sommerhuset med plads til 2 personer, hvortil der fra huset blot er 10 min gang til marinaen og lammefjorden. Her er naturskønt og roligt og I er dejlig tæt på alt, som Odsherred har at tilbyde. OBS: der er ikke inkluderet rengøringsgebyr i prisen og I skal derfor selv gøre rent efter jer.
