Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. nice wooden house with all the charm of an Ottoman house the neighborhood is popular and quiet, 5 minutes' walk from Avansaray tram station which will take you in 15 minutes to Eminonu where you can go anywhere. Far from the hustle and bustle of Sultanhamed and very close at the same time. I'll be back for sure

A great find away from the tourist areas but close enough to visit. The immediate area was full of friendly locals with limited English, it was a authentic experience and the local bakery and food court we're brilliant. Would recommend to anyone

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

First of all, thank you very much for your interest in Mr. Eyüp. She greeted us in front of the house and accompanied us to the house and introduced us nicely. She told you to call her in case of any problems, and I got back to her within minutes when I wrote even at night. The house is great, you feel like you are in your own home.

Amazing views, very bright and very clean. There was everything that you needed in the kitchen to prepare your own meals plus some. Comfortable lounges, smart TV as well as some board games. Very close to public transport. Faruk was very attentive as well as responsive. I highly recommend your next stay here.

We enjoyed a great stay in the apartment that was very clean, in a great location and had very nice views from the room and the terrace. Bulut and his parents were very nice people who made you feel at home and were very responsive whenever we needed help or had any questions. There are many nice local restaurants nearby and public transport to other areas of Istanbul is very close and convenient. Highly recommended to stay here during your trip to Istanbul!

This was our 2nd stay in this apartment and everything was as we expected. The location, the comfort of the beds, the meticulousness of the cleaning staff are appreciated. Employees do their jobs as well as they should. We have become a permanent customer and it has become the place we stay every time we come to Istanbul. We had stayed at other hotels in Florya before and we were just as satisfied.

Absolutely amazing stay in Istanbul! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. The host was truly the best, super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations. Entry was a breeze thanks to clear instructions and helpful pictures. Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.
