This location is one of the best so far that I have stayed while using the app. The staff and I’ll say this Rosa was one of the best host and customer service I have ever seen so far. She makes sure all your needs are fulfilled while your stay and helps you with any issues you have which you will never have. This place as I mention a lot of times, it’s a magical place and I give 12 out of 10 meaning your stay will a 5 star. If you are staying around the area really highly recommended.

We had already had the opportunity to visit Villa Los Cabos before, however, not in New Year's Eve seasons. It was a pleasant experience for us as a family. The person who supported us with the cleanliness in the 10-A, extremely attentive and helpful. Super recommended.

Great apartment to be on the beach. The rooms are spacious and have A/C. The kitchen is equipped and has dishes and utensils. I loved the water filter, it's a nice touch. Communication with Estuardo was very good and he was always available. I definitely recommend visiting this place!

Everything was just as offered. Recommended. Only the jacuzzi was not in operation with hot water.

The house is just as seen in the photos. Enough room for about 14 people without being cramped. Everything was very clean and with the necessary basic supplies (paper, towels, soap). The cleaning and cooking service was excellent, very attentive and never refused to help. The environment is beautiful and safe and it's super cool that you have to get to the beach by boat, it adds to the experience. The only thing is that in one of the bedrooms the AC did not work, it worked to ventilate but never cooled the bedroom like the others. It would be ideal to include AC in the living room and kitchen area since the fans do not help enough for the heat. The host responds quickly.

It was an excellent stay, in a very private and quiet location, the pool was very beautiful, in front of the beach. The people in charge of taking care of the house were very attentive and helpful.

We stayed in this house to celebrate my mother's birthday and her words were I FELT AT HOME, we had a great time and we left very happy, if we go back to El Paredón we will book the same place again. All the rooms were very clean and tidy, the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Another important thing to highlight is that the power went out in the village over the weekend and we were one of the few houses that had power because the house had its own generator, a 100 house. A house of 10.

The place is perfect. Pool, spacious, A/C, and very comfortable and quiet. The beach is not that far away and you have a great time

Very nice place and location very good. Liked that is private , nobody can see inside the property . Nice pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.
