Pleasant and functional house located 15 minutes from Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo (open beaches!) Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, GR 34 and the customs trail. Not far, also, from Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Cancale… It is located in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a green park of more than one hectare with a farmyard (chickens, peacocks, ornamental ducks) that will delight young and old. The house is simple and tasteful. The essentials are there!...

Gîte "Le p'tit fournil"

Set in the village's former bread oven, from the outside you can see the pointed stones of the hearth opening. This unique place brings a warm feeling due to its small size and layout on 2 levels. Ideally located on the Côte d'Emeraude, the quietness of the countryside close to the sea. Your hosts will be happy to tell you about the region's assets, the coastline, Fort La Latte and the hiking trails that will take you to so many beautiful places.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Townhouse in pink sandstone completely renovated and furnished in the spirit, warm, functional and cozy, the accommodation has been classified as a Gite de France (3-star tourist accommodation out of 3) Ideally located for all your starting points, this makes it an excellent base to explore Erquy and its surroundings, (wild beaches, GR 34 a 15-min walk, and many other treasures to discover). This house offers comfort and practicality.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
