Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

Great stay in beautiful surroundings! Very welcoming host, we recommend it! Very relaxing, very quiet by the lake. Very clean! If I had to give one small point, we thought that access to the lake was at the foot of the accommodation with the photos, but you have to cross the road. Which is not a problem at all. Caroline and Sylvain's accommodation is a small peaceful haven 20 minutes from Lake Annecy. Bus stop is 10 min from the house and is very easy to access. If you prefer to walk, you can also walk along the Thiou to the lake, it is a very nice walk. The apartment is quiet, arranged and tastefully decorated. It is clean and well-equipped. All is well thought out. The exterior is very pleasant, the birdsong is a pleasure in the morning. 😊 I'll keep the address for a future stay in Annecy!

very well located 200 meters from the train station and a few blocks from the historic center. As the ad says, it is small and for one person, but the location/quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The bed is a little uncomfortable, but for 1 or 2 nights it's fine. Quick and hassle-free check-in and checkout. I didn't meet Yannick in person, but he was very kind and respectful and quick to respond.

A peaceful place, surrounded by nature yet close to amenities. A beautiful garden conducive to relaxation. Charming hosts and available to make the stay pleasant.

The place was perfect: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is nice, the hot water is available worry-free, and the kitchen has all the necessities. The setting is beautiful, with great views, and only 10 minutes from downtown Annecy. Guillaume, our host, was very welcoming, always available and responsive. Thank you for this great stay!

Vianney’s listing is beautifully designed and very clean. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and close by the old village. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.
