Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

My apartment is for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, not for 3 or 4 adults ( it's for your Comfort ) mezzanine just for kids. 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT ! Charming Studio, in historic building from the 16th century. Very cosy atmosphere . 150 m from the shores of the Lake Ideal for a couple in love , or for small family with 1 or 2 children (between 7 and 17 years)

We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
