Good access to enter the apartment with elevator from the garage, although you have to walk a little but it is not a problem and the place in the garage is under the roof (something very important for loading and downloading the car since in the days we were always raining) Return without hesitation. Well located apartment; with many details that make you feel welcome; modern, small but well used terrace, quality furniture in general. The shower and water is 7.0. Sheets and warm and clean linens. We had a very good stay, it has everything you need. Very clean. Nice view and very central. Just one thing, the entrance to the place is not suitable for low cars as it has a paved but quite steep slope. Its acoustic and thermal insulation stand out, as well as its security Its hosts are very kind and friendly.

Rodrigo's house is beautiful, very cozy, very quiet neighborhood, zero noise, nothing is missing, fully equipped, minutes from everything, closed garage, and everything shown in the photos, Rodrigo responds in seconds, very kind. The distances to Frutillar, Petrohue and the surroundings don't feel so far with the beautiful landscapes. We really liked Puerto Octay.

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and they make everything easy upon arrival. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate him guiding us with some activities we did during our stay. The apartment's surroundings are very quiet and with beautiful views. There are very good restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back if I had the chance.
