This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with great views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French-imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy working corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house there is the most beautiful view over fields and forest and a lot of amazing nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the setting for a kitchen-living room and a large living room with stunning views. Both rooms have access to the garden. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On repos is a TV room, table and a toilet. There are beds for 9 people, but more can be made up.

The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most lovely views of fields and the Småland Sea - which is a bird conservation area. Here the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm two-story home on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you'll be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wifi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at daily rate.
