Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

Villa was very clean and nice, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

We had a great time at the villa resort!. The place was peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. Just a small suggestion , it would be great if they could provide a kettle in the kitchen for hot water. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we truly had fun.

Amazing place and very close to the beach. The environment very calm and relaxing away from crowded places. Very close to restaurants and attractions with a very comfortable environment. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Mohamed's villa! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring all our requests were addressed promptly and efficiently. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for our large family. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return for another visit!

Every spot in the house is a piece of art.. it was an amazing journey. We had a great family quality time. We enjoyed the pool and the cinema.

Sona, One of the greatest host we were lucky to stay with during our visit to Dubai. My family of 10+ had great accomodation and he was great about getting us transport to and from all our attractions. He was patient with all of us and housekeeping was readily available. Hidden gem and absolutely the best service. Easy checkin, spacious, the pool is great and the cinema was the perfect way to bring in my birthday. Thank you Abdalla and team!
