Our stay at this beautiful chalet was nothing short of perfection! The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed, and despite the cold weather, there was no shortage of activities to keep us entertained. The hot tub was a highlight—pure bliss after a day of exploring! The sauna added such a cozy touch, and the chalet itself was stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed. This place is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and memorable getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was even nicer in person compared to the photos. Great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable with softer & firmer pillows. The wood stove by the big TV and cushy couch was great. The hot tub was amazing. Lake side view off the deck was very nice. Strongly recommend. We’d love to come back.

Lovely townhouse. Great tub and comfy bed! The garage was an added bonus. The hosts were very kind and helpful if we needed anything. The neighbourhood is a little busy/noisy and the bedrooms are bright in the morning so I suggest earplugs and a sleep mask if you are a light sleeper!

Beautiful place, loved the view of the lake, the hot tub, and the sauna. The interior of the house is stunning too! Adrian was very easy to communicate with and absolutely accommodating. Thank you!

Loved our stay at this cute little cottage! The views were stunning—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing at the end of the day. The place was super cozy and had everything we needed. Andrea was really responsive and made everything easy. Would totally come back! The views from the living room were amazing. We watched the ducks and geese swim by all while sitting on the couch.

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

He is helpful and responsive. The apartment is also very beautiful and cozy, it has everything you need. I don't have any complaints. i would love to stay here again. Thank you Abdullah for making my family and I have a wonderful vacation 😊

The perfect cozy home away from home, we had a lovely time!! Awesome place for kids, truly a charming cottage, we will most definitely be back next year!

Josée is an amazing, accommodating, responsive and extremely welcoming host. She came to visit us when we arrived to introduce us to the accommodation and tell us about its history. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. ☺️ The cottage is absolutely beautiful, fully equipped, spacious, warm and very comfortable. There were 11 of us for my boyfriend's party and we had a great time with friends to be able to enjoy the different advantages of the accommodation: spa, fire pit, magnificent river view, board games, etc. I highly recommend visiting this place, it is extremely clean and you can feel all the love put into the details to make the cottage a friendly and welcoming place for its visitors.
