Very good experience from our stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Clean, tidy place. Although not so big in size, it was quite enough for our family of five. All the amenities of the house are present — washing machine, large refrigerator, oven stove, air conditioning, a large number of dishes. Recommended !!!

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. We had a great time. Our host provided helpful directions and very good recommendations about the area and our fun! The house is in a perfect spot for not using a vehicle and being all next door! Finally, the house sparkled with cleanliness and had everything needed for a short getaway!!!

A great place to spend your vacation with plenty of calmeness and astonishing sunsets from the balcony. 10 min car driving from both romantic destinations Perdika and Syvota. The beach Agia Paraskevi is 5 min driving and it's a perfect spot for families as well. Giwrgos is very helpful and responsive with all concerns you might have.

The home was great. It was in the heart of the city and very close to all the essentials. I'll go for it again.

Villa Sandy has a very good location with a fantastic view. Kids loved the pool after coming back from the beach. Margarita was very flexible and kind. The apartment had all the necessary equipments and was comfortable for a family. We would choose again Sandy Villa :)

Great apartment and within walking distance to the city’s main shopping and entertainment center. The place was sparkling clean and exactly as described about the amenities. Makes you instantly feel like home by first glance. Another great addition, would be the communication between guests and Theofilos, who is always there for you in any way, in order to make your stay more enjoyable and help you with any questions. A great accommodations suggest for business and leisure travelers! We’ll definitely be back!!
