This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was welcoming and helpful. There are one way streets in the neighborhood that my phone navigation did not identify, so pay attention to the signs. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights, my boyfriend, puppy and I. The apartment is as described. They were flexible with schedules and always very attentive.

Everything is perfect, it is a small but comfortable depa, excellent to come from work, the excellent service and the internet very well, something hotels in this area lack or have a very bad service.

We had a great stay, would book again and highly recommended! Check-in was smooth, the house was beautiful, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall we found the place to be excellent value for the money. Clara was a responsive and kind host throughout. Everything in the home worked well, and we had no issues during our time there. On the final day, the key broke off in the front door lock, which had felt a bit stiff during the stay—but Clara was very understanding and handled it graciously. It was just one of those random things that can happen, and she communicated clearly the whole time. Would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This is a great location for a family, couples and friends. when you go in through the two car garage it's like you just drove into a private compound. Pool and sun exposure is excellent all day. Kitchen is a little rustic, but there is also a separate barbecue station with bar and bar stools- all downstairs. Upstairs there are Two ensuite bedrooms, with large walk in closets/bathroom combo. One Room has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The second bedroom has two fulll size beds. There is also a gorgeous Lanai upstairs where you can sit and see all of Cabo, as the sun goes down. My one caution is for people with young kids that don't swim - due to the easy accessibility to the pool. Plus Oscar is amazingly responsive, and will work with you on check in/out times. I would definitely rent this location again.

alejandro’s place is really nice. The backyard is the place to be at his house. The area doesn’t look the best, but the neighborhood is actually very quiet it takes about 12 minutes to get to downtown Cabo. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The house was larger than expected. Everything clean & basics provided. Jessica was helpful giving ideas of where to go & what to see. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely Airbnb! Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette and It was the perfect destination. The host was amazing, communication was great, and i knew i could always count on her for anything. Had a few issues with a third party (concierge - Santiago) but the host made sure any issue was fixed automatically. The Airbnb had all the essentials you could need, from shampoo conditioner to laundry detergent. It was perfect!! The airbnb was so clean, the gate staff were so kind. I recommend the taco shop (captain moy) right across the street - AMAZING staff and food. Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend the Airbnb and host to anyone!

We stayed 11 people and it is definitely a villa worth it, the drawback is that it is a little far away but nothing out of the ordinary, if you are looking for a quiet accommodation this is the one recommended, spacious rooms, the air conditioning works super well, it cools quite well, and also Lorena is always on top of everything and very attentive, her personalized attention 10/10, I definitely recommend it

Our stay was great. Location was perfect and views were amazing. We loved the private patio. The hotel the resort is in is very quite and felt very safe. Absolutely loved the decor in the home. Only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable at all. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Great place, ideal location, and secluded rooftop, lounge area, and hot tub. Modern amenities in new condition. Soft linens and bedding. It was great to have a washer and dryer and all kitchen things. Grocery store is right below the unit in the mall, so it’s easy to cook and make snacks to take on the go. Loved this place and would stay again.

The accommodation is very nice. It is very close to the beach and the hotel area in case you attend an event/congress in a hotel. Communication with Maureen was very simple and smooth. The arrival time was flexible. If I had the chance to return to this apartment, I would do it without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay! Loved relaxing on the patio watching the ocean and local flora and fauna. Really appreciated access to a quiet beach. The beds and linens were very comfortable...slept like a baby. Pools were quiet and we enjoyed playing cards and snacking in the shade. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! What a wonderful place to stay with friends and family to both explore all Cabo has to offer (diving, snorkeling, whale watching, surfing) and to stay in, cook great meals at home, and enjoy time together at this great property. The space is lovely and perfect for three couples. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and spices you need, the grill and outdoor patio area are perfect for dining Al fresco. We enjoyed time at home, the pool, the view from the balcony and the gym. Such a quick and easy walk to town and the marina and stores. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious, wifi is super fast for working and taking zoom calls, and the space was so relaxing to come home to after long days out on the water. Jan was the perfect host - answering our questions right away and so helpful. We had such a good time that we are already plotting our return and will book with Jan again. Thank you!

Great walkable location, big pool, plenty of chairs, very well maintained complex and very quiet/relaxing. Clean unit- very well stocked! So grateful for all the extra towels, pool and beach toys, and the beer and water in the frig! Also, thank you again Margarita for letting me check in early due to my early morning flight!! Excellent communication and good value for the money
