Kid-friendly vacation rentals in El tezal

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

Estamos muy agradecidos con Dulce, fuimos un grupo grande de mi familia, estuvimos 4 noches hospedados en su casa, y nuestra estancia fue muy satisfactoria, Dulce estuvo al pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La casa es amplia para grupos grandes :)

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

definitivamente recomiendo Akupara , fue una estancia super agradable, recorfontante, mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa . La villa está súper linda , los cuartos amplios y con baño propio , el jardín es realmente bello y todo lo que incluye en tu estancia está previamente listo para que no te falte nada . malena siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo , siempre atenta . muchas gracias por todo akupara

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Anissa's. As a family with two small kids, it can be hard to find just the right balance but this place has something for everyone! Really appreciated having the park, big grassy area and pool just a short walk outside and the little backyard was perfect for happy hour every day while kids watched a show in the upstairs TV room. Two amazing restaurants complete with outdoor areas for kids just a short three minute drive down the road: El Huerto and Bonachon. Couldn't have enjoyed more! The best beach, Chileno Bay, a quick ten-minute drive up the highway.

Mariel responded fast and the place was clean. Very conviennent location. Some of the appliances didn’t work but we made do. The walls are very thin so you will hear people from the other units, especially the neighbors upstairs. I wish a little bit more towels and napkins were supplied but it was still worth the price.

Me encantó mi estancia en este Airbnb. El departamento de dos pisos es precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto y lleno de detalles que lo hacen súper acogedor. Está ubicado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila, ideal para descansar. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado con lo necesario para la estancia. La alberca super limpia y excelente vista. Sin duda volvería.

l'emplacement de ce logement ne peut pas etre mieux. le nombres de restautants et un gros centre dachat et epicerie a moins de 5 minutes a pieds.

Una vera oasi in una città che sicuramente sta diventando molto caotica. Il patio è pieno di piante e fiori con un ampio parcheggio e una zona relax deliziosa. Un gatto simpaticissimo fa gli onori di casa. Lo studio è perfetto per un soggiorno più che confortevole, completo di tutto, molto ben arredato e con oggetti di utilizzo personale (il bagno conteneva di tutto e di più) e per fare un caffè o preparare qualcosa da mangiare. La comunicazione ci Genesis è facilissima e molto chiara, senza contare che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anticipato, e ci ha tenuto in custodia i bagagli oltre all’ora del check out. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di tornare presto

El alojamiento muy cómodo y privado con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La ducha la disfruté mucho porque siempre hubo agua caliente y buena presión. El único detalle es que es un poco ruidoso si vas por trabajo. Claro que se me informó y yo estuve de acuerdo.

Incredible place. Location was a 15 minute walk from downtown. Condo was incredibly clean and well maintained, communication was always within minutes. Teresa was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again :)

Es un alojamiento perfecto, tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, puedes caminar a la playa ya que esta a solo unos metros, incluso la marina esta como a unos 15 minutos caminando, muy tranquilo para quienes quieren relajarse, Gaby siempre atenta en todo momento Sin duda siempre sera una excelente opción para volver a cabo!

Amazing property that comes just as described. The unit was very clean, with all amenities included as listed. The beachfront building is very nice, and the balcony in the unit has an incredible beach view. This is the ideal property to stay at if you are coming to Baja to surf, as it is less than a 5-minute walk via the beach/street down to Zippers, the rock, and old man's. This stretch of the beach is much quieter than other parts of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, but perfect for a quieter and more peaceful vacation. Dining options are limited at this property, but there are many great options just a short walk down the beach in either direction, and there is an Oxxo right next to the property for drinks and snacks. The hosts, Natalia & Victor, were extremely lovely and accommodating, gave local recommendations, provided extremely flexible check in/out, responded quickly, and provided thorough instructions before and during our stay. I will absolutely stay here when I return!

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

We were here for a music festival and other than going to the supermarket (which is nicer than the ones we go to in the states) we didn't do anything in the area. the pool area is nice and peaceful and the beach is beautiful but huge waves so not safe to swim when we were there. Would stay there again.

This is literally the best place to stay in Cabo! You have access to a lot of things in this community of hotels and condos. Pools and jacuzzis and bars and restaurants everywhere. And next to the beaches as well. Very comfortable and clean place. The surround sounds was amazing! Connects through out the whole condo. And most importantly, The best hosts ever! Always helpful and responds quickly. Anything we needed, they were there to help. Thanks Karen and Tasha for our wonderful stay. Will be back again!

Thank You for a wonderful stay. Everything we could ask for in a vacation rental. Host is helpful and attentive to any needs. The place is better than even the pictures represent. So clean with lots of towels and linens. The open patio doors are so welcome in the cool evenings. Walking distance to the hotel district. So much great food in the area. Chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. 10/10 would stay again!

Had a couple of issues that were looked into as quick as possible but overall everything was fine. Really nice view from the condo balcony and as a previous review mentioned the new Soriana grocery store did take away much of the view from the pool, not the condo itself. The trade off is that you have a 24/7 market 300 meters away from your front door, came in really handy. The condo itself was in very nice condition with all the soap, conditioner and paper products included. Kitchen appeared ready for preparing meals but we never went any further than reheating leftovers. In the mornings except for Sunday there is a little stand just outside the security gate that you can grab burritos, tacos quesadillas etc if you do not feel like driving anywhere. It’s also a nice area to exercise in the mornings with a little climb, you will not be the only one out there. You’ll pass a few small restaurants plus an Oxxo or 2. Overall we found the location excellent.
