Fully equipped and very comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. To access the house you have to climb a ladder from the parking lot, not suitable for people with reduced mobility

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

“Tricao” Cabin

Cabaña tricao unique in its style. Access to the beach in 7 minutes with a 4x4 car and if not, 15 minutes walk, view of the Felipe Edwards vineyard (the closest to the sea in South America) Wooden hut, Bosca and integrated quincho. 20min. to Santo Domingo. Close to Tricao Park and Santo Domingo's point for wave and surfing windsurfing. Two hours from Santiago come and enjoy calm, bonitos campo and desolada playa. If there is rain it is advisable to come in 4x4

Matanzas Lodge, Cabin and Hot Tub.

It is a beautiful and comfortable cabin which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Matanzas beach and all its surroundings. You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

Cabins 'Vista Pelícano', Rapel River Mouth

Beautiful cabins located at the mouth of the Rapel River (La Boca de Navidad) 10 minutes from Matanzas. With a privileged location and ocean view, they are the perfect place for a perfect rest or for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing. The cabins have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen integrated into the living room, and a large terrace facing the sea. They also have a closed Quincho (communal) where you can enjoy a pleasant moment.

New house, very practical and comfortable. With many different spaces and an incredible view of the ocean and the river mouth. Distributed over 3 floors (first floor, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room), 2nd floor (living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), 3rd floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees so it may have some leaves.
