Impeccable everything. Very accommodating Martin. The accommodation is perfect and complies with things, which although they seem minimal, in other accommodations in the city I did not have (like electric pava and good lighting).

Excellent everything, from when I book until I left. Pia and Agostina are always attentive to my inquiries. The very good location. The dpto is very comfortable with everything you need.

Jose is a spectacular host, attentive from the moment of making the reservation, answering the doubts here, during the stay and until the minute before we go. The accommodation is more beautiful than what you see in photos, everything clean, tidy and in optimal operating conditions. The area is quiet, we went as a family and we were able to enjoy and relax without problems. I recommend it 100% without hesitation!

The apartment and the cleanliness of the depto are exceptional. The AA works great; the Wi Fi too. Very good mattress condition. Everything needed for the traveler (iron, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, brewing infusions, little details that - whoever travels - knows that are necessary for the one who rents). The location is very good. Quiet and quiet neighbors (especially the adjoining ones and the one above, which are the ones that are of interest). Recommended.

Mario un crack. The apartment is IMPECCABLE. I take care of every detail. It was like getting to my house. I recommend it 10000%. Super attentive before my arrival to make sure everything is okay.

I had a great time at Mariano's place. I stayed for almost 3 months. The apartment is great for someone working from home. There is space for up to 4 people to work from. It was the best office set up I have had in any Airbnb I have stayed. The location was also fantastic. It is 2 mins from a few coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream place, launderette, bakery and even a 24 hour kiosk. The area is very safe and the apartment is super secure. The apartment itself is nice and large. There are 3 air conditioners to make the place feel very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. I hope to stay at Mariano's place again. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to have a long stay or that works from home.

Everything was perfect!! The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, everything was spotless and very well equipped. The details make the difference in accommodation, we find fresh mineral water and potty for the mat aside from the linen replacement available when we needed it. If you have to travel to Tucumán do not hesitate to choose this apartment, it is very beautiful!! Totally recommended

The apartment is as shown in the pictures, everything is very nice,new and above all clean . Great location close to everything. We were greeted by Catalina who was always very friendly and with good predisposition. It allowed us to extend the check out time and that is appreciated! We would choose this stay again
