Lovely place only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Great pool. The apartment was spotless with very comfortable beds. Loly left a great guide and instruction booklet. I wish all Airbnb places did this. Would definitely stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel’s place. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, right next to the park, and just a short walk from the Ciudad de las Artes. Daniel was also incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. He truly was the perfect host!

Great apartment for these reasons: 1. very quiet 2. great area. The beach, fisherman's cottages, and cool coffee shops are nearby. 3. Super helpful host 4. Apartment is like the Tardis - massive inside (I realise you need to be English to understand that reference).

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

A wonderful apartment, location, spotless, with all the essential one could hope for, and then some. The two separate bathrooms were especially an appreciated feature. And Veronica could not be outdone in attending to this travelers lost items, immediately resolving concerns, making for a genuinely peaceful stay. Excellent all around !

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Communication with the host was great, and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay near the coast!

Great accommodation close to the beach. The house is ideal for families with children. There is everything you need. The surroundings are beautiful, but it is very loud on the street side at night.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, there is everything you need in it we can come with your hands in your pockets. Well located, quiet residence, right next to the beach with a supermarket 500m away, lots of restaurants and a bus line in front of the accommodation. Small downside for the bus that only runs every 2 hours, maybe also because we are not in the summer season, but we have made all our trips by taxi or Uber. The price was affordable knowing that Valencia is just 20 minutes from the accommodation Thanks to Maria who was very kind to us

ABEL has been a spectacular host, since my arrival he has communicated with me and we have been in contact when I needed him, without a doubt I would repeat it, I recommend him as a person, location and next to the beach

Carla was very helpful and friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was even better than what was seen in the photos, it was very tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and had everything necessary. The area is very quiet and beautiful to relax and rest near the sea. Highly recommended and we hope to repeat as soon as we can.

The view from this Condo is incredible. The Condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Great location, we were easily able to contact and use Uber throughout our stay.

My whole family love the place so much. Accessible to everything and plus we feel at home, apart from the short power cut in the unit but José was able to fixed the problem. Overall José is easy to reach out and have a kind heart. Highly recommended.👍

Comfortable apartment near the beach. Within a 5-minute walk, you will be on the boulevard, with a large selection of restaurants and beach bars. Apartment has a very nice balcony with sea views, where you can have breakfast in the morning and drink a glass of wine in the evening.
