This peaceful and cozy house is built in 1791 and is located in nice nature with meadows, leaf and coniferous forest, next to the lake Solgen. The house has a fireplace, tiled stoves and wood stove, is nice and carefully renovated as well as has WiFi and television. At the back there is a lawn with your own garden furniture and grill. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffeemaker. Good hiking and biking as well as 600 meters to the lake where you can swim, fish or just sit and enjoy as well as cows and calves grazing around.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. The house is set in the small village of Perstorp which consists of five houses, surrounded by forest, meadows and lakes. Adjacent to the house there is a very large garden that is allowed to be used completely freely, perfect for the children to play in.

Well-equipped log cabin by the sea with sun from early morning to late evening. 2 km to public swimming area and 3 km to city. Is located close to the main building and not secluded. The tenant has limited access to the garden and the pool. Rental is not for families with children. Cleaning included.
