On a big sunny lot full of fruit trees is this newly renovated house. The house is in a quiet area with proximity to nice forest walks, swimming, shop and good transport to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Adjacent to the area is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upstairs with all amenities needed for pleasant interaction. You have access to the sauna, ping pong table and guest cottage.

Newly renovated house in sunny location.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home just 20 min from Stockholm. The house is a beautiful plaster house from 1949 that in the last year has received a gentle renovation. The deck at the back offers a lovely sunny location and relatively protected location against the neighbors. Just a stone's throw from the house there is Långsjön for lovely swims and Herrängensgård when you want lunch or an ice cream. A bit of re furnishing has been since the pictures were taken-but hopefully for the better!
