The chalet was very spacious, and all the rooms had working AC. The beach was fantastic, picturesque for sure; the highlight of the place. The bathrooms were outdated and need to be updated. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Akram is a great host . Very kind and gentle . He always communicate with us . His villa is great with a lot of space , a beautiful swimming pool , a garden , a big parking. The place is very quiet so if you want to be in a quiet and safe place near to Alexandria . this is place (especially for families ). Thank you Akram .

The Villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Abdullah our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and communication was seamless! and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The host thoughtfully provided toys, board games , making the stay even more memorable.

We had great vacation at Ali’s place , he has been very friendly , responsive and helpful with any request we had during our stay. House is very nice especially the our door area is perfect to spend the day for a family. Compound is mostly quiet which we were very happy with it and the beach is very close that you can hear the waves. We are looking forward to visit again.

The place was very sweet and nice and the villa is available almost every need. Its disadvantage is that it is far from the services, much less Arabic, especially bassins, but the market has a Delphi, the garden is also sweet, but almost the planting of the ants was petal. The place is sweet and there are two air conditioners and in the reception, and it has two amenities, and it is important for us, and it has TV and WiFi Finally Dr. Ali was responsive and cooperative and the experience was sweet

Amazing stay and good value for money. The view was stunning. Toni was helpful. Check in took few minutes and everything was as described. Pool was great too. Best part was coffee on the terace with a view! Thanks! Will surely come again for a longer stay.

We had an exquisite time at Heba's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the villa is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there.! Heba treated us like one of her own and was very helpful with everything. it won't definitely not be our last time❤❤

We had an amazing family quick escape at this villa! Very peaceful, spacious gardens and a lovely swimming pool made our stay incredibly relaxing! I would recommend making sure to do all shopping and prepare for an indoor stay as the location is isolated with not much around in walking distance, but it was very clear beforehand and it was what we needed anyway to enjoy quality time together, relaxing and cooking. Another highlight was the helpful host and the villa gate guard, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure all our needs are met and going above and beyond. We truly appreciate their hospitality! Overall, it is a perfect retreat for families seeking tranquility and quality time together near a private pool. Highly recommended!!

The villa was absolutely stunning, and the host went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Everything I needed was readily available in the villa, and it was impeccably clean. From start to finish, my entire experience was incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. I'm already looking forward to returning again soon; it's a definite must for me.

The cottage rented by Ali is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the furnishings stylishly chosen and in the kitchen there is everything you need. There's also a spacious fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and electric grill. The house has a terrace for both front and back and is surrounded by a garden from which to see the sea. Due to the fence also great for families with small children. Ali is extremely friendly and helpful. The white beach and the turquoise blue sea are definitely worth a trip! We will be back anytime!

The Villa is beautiful. The swimming pool is well maintained. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The owner Mr Ihab is responsive and very kind. I recommend this villa for private family or friends gathering

The place is just amazing. The host was so hospitable and professional. He made everything easier and more convenient for my stay.

Great place and awesome clean pool. Pretty large yard to play football with kids or do other activities. Nice outdoor BBQ, and great lighting at night too. Overall highly recommended the only negative was that only 3 rooms have AC the rest don’t.

Extremely responsive host. House matched description.

The place is amazing with spectacular view. The villa is one floor with a roof. All 3 bedrooms have A/Cs that work very well, but the reception has one stand fan. Another fan would be better but the weather is cool once you open the terrace. The front terrace is huge with many seats with sea view. The kitchen has the basics with no microwave, but cooking while fronting the sea compensates any misses. The place has one bathroom with nice shower cabinet, another bathroom is outside the villa but withing the terrace's fence, you can get a shower to wash sands away to keep the place clean. The village is decent and well maintained beside being close somehow to new Alamein city, about 15 mins by car. The sea is breath taking but too wavy for swimming. There's a nice pool beside the kids pool on the beach. The staff were very friendly. Moahmed and his family made us feel at home. He is initiative and cooperative. He made sure that are comfortable at his place, he even offered late check out. His father welcomed us at check in and gave us a tour at the place. I would definitely choose Mohamed's place again.

‘Felt like home’ is what is best described my stay. I was flabbergasted by Alaa’s friendly responses. All of my enquiries was satisfied, leaving me with no worries. All I can say is that this villa was a ‘bang for your buck’, worth it every single penny for a spacious villa during Summer. I would like to show my gratitude and appreciation towards Alaa for this stay.

We spent a beautiful week in Sarahs house. We felt like at home and enjoyed the blue ambience and also the total silence around us. Unfortunately the pool was still without water. Official Session starts mid of June and before they won‘t fill the pool. Kids were a bit sad, because we dind‘t know this before.

Villa is close to a mini market, grill and bakery, and a caffe, it’s swimming pool is refreshing and clean, sound system amazing for our private party, we had been late for our check in but the host arranged for a welcoming help, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for everyone.
