140-year-old kominka art inn (entire building available for rent/available for 1 person)

I used it on a trip with three friends. Despite a significant change in check-in time, they were quick and kind, which was really helpful.I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm very grateful that you welcomed me with a smile. The accommodation was very ideal and I was very satisfied. The time I spent surrounded by the warmth of the woods and the countryside scenery that I don't usually get to experience are important memories for me. It was a wonderful trip, thank you very much.I will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity!

I used it for sightseeing in Hiroshima. The accommodation was clean, the host was friendly, and we had a very pleasant time with the host driving us around the area and arranging a place for dinner. Also, the accommodation is quite reasonable, so I recommend this place if you are sightseeing in Kure.

Wooden house in the mountain with a big garden

DavidRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A gorgeous home in a wonderful rural location in the centre of Shikoku. The house is vast with lots of living space downstairs, and the rooms upstairs were large and airy with access to the picturesque balcony. There were lots of outside sitting areas to enjoy being in the forest on the mountainside. The whole house was extremely well stocked, with every amenity we could imagine. There were lots of thoughtful touches too, like little snacks, hand drawn maps of the neighbourhood, and information about local attractions. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, feeling like your own private onsen. The adjacent old-style Japanese house was beautiful, we felt honoured to be allowed to look around it. We would heartily recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in rural Shikoku. Thanks to Sono for everything for making our visit spectacular.

Dogo Onsen Main Building is 2 minutes by car!Spacious 124m2 rental villa for large groups

LinhRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Dogo Hill is a wonderful place to stay. The house is new, fully equipped, and comfortable. What I loved the most were the books and toys for a one-year-old (since we have a small child), the large-screen TV, speakers, grill, Nintendo, spacious yard, and beautiful views both during the day and at night. The only downside might be the thin mattress, as there’s no bed frame and you have to put on the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets yourself. Also, there was a slight lack of utensils—especially spoons, chopsticks, and small coffee spoons. Overall, Dogo Hill is a fantastic destination for families and friends.
