He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. I actually didn’t stay at this home but I contacted the host late one night from the US as my mom was finishing an unexpected trip to the hospital. My family was unable to turn to the island they were planning to be on and needed a place to stay and recover. The host responded extremely quickly and gave my family a place to crash when they were exhausted. We were sent the clear check-in info right away. My parents and kids said the place was awesome! My kids loved the lemonade that was provided. They all enjoyed how close they were too so many things!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

Sofias place was perfect for our family of 4. The listing was as described and it was helpful to have someone there on arrival to show us around the apartment and show us how to use things! The apartment is close to the metro and also to major sites in Athens. There’s an amazing coffee and pastry shop called Oliver’s not to far from their either. Lots of small markets to buy water from close by. Overall the listing was as described and cannot fault Sofias service or apartment. The only downside of the area was the noise. There is a large dog in the apt next door that barks most of the day and into the late hours of the night. Some other neighbours played very loud music one night that shook the room until late hours. Maybe bring some ear plugs due to outside noise.

Great location in the heart of Athens. Short walk to Plaka, Monastiraki, and the Acropolis. The apartment was clean and spacious, plus the little deck was a nice bonus. Small bathroom but it's serviceable. Countless bars, restaurants, and cafes right outside the door. We were not bothered by the street noise. Fantastic accommodation in Athens!

Eftihias apartment is really lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop and within walking distance of everything. She left us a wonderful breakfast with lots of goodies also. She very kindly allowed us check in early and we would absolutely recommend staying in her apartment.

Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen in which everything was available that you need for cooking and to make coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would come back again and again! As a single note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, but you really walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We stayed at the apartment as a group of 5 female friends, and used it as a base to explore Athens. Loved that the location was slightly out of the city. The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything we neede. The welcome snacks were hugely appreciated after a day of travelling! We had no issues with the shower, all worked well, you just have to turn on the hot water so we staggered showers no problem. Only slight complaint is the blinds in one of the rooms. It has a door to a small balcony and there was no blind or covering on the glass door, so the room was very bright both day and night! Unfortunately there's a street light outside too so bare in mind if you have light sleepers. The area was great, loads of shops and restaurants around the marina which is a short walk away. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Spent 4 nights here and could have easily spent longer! The place was easy to get to and from the airport and a great central location for exploring Athens either using the metro or by walking. Stamatis the host was brilliant. He gave me clear instructions about getting to the place and was at the end of the phone whenever I needed to contact him. The pool was a great addition and the perfect way to rest up after a long day of exploring! I would stay here again 100%!

We had a great stay in Kolonaki area. Apartment was private and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed for the week. Kids loved the ping pong table! Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the pool but the view from the roof is amazing. The hill is not a problem for a fit family with older kids.
