House vacation rentals in Eden

A fabulous house in a wonderful and convenient location. The views were spectacular and overall the accommodation was exceptional for our large family. The amenities were as described and we lived staying there. The only downside was the master bedroom could have done with an air conditioner or better window covering or an outside shade to make it more comfortable to sleep. It took a long time to cool down at night.

We loved our stay, beautiful house and scenery. Enjoyed the pool and how private the house is.

Lovely location right near the boardwalk. Nice views of the bushland and water from the house. the pool was fantastic! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Kelly super responsive and friendly when we needed to reach out to her. The only feedback would be that WiFi would have been great!! Thanks for a great stay

This home was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Heaps of room for 6 adults and a toddler. Would easily accommodate 10 adults. It was total luxury. The location was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to the supermarket.

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with fantastic view and surroundings. House is beautifully decorated. Amazing kitchen with view. Linen, bedding was all top quality. House has 2 beautiful bathrooms (one of them ensuite). Both had bathtubs with fantastic view to outdoors. Good size swimming pool. Laundry with 2 washing machine and dryer. Kayleigh and Angel provided clear instructions to access property and were quick with the response to our questions. We enjoyed staying in the house and would definitely recommend.

Margaret was polite and very responsive. House was very neat and tidy with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and fans in each room were great. The accommodation has everything you require for a stay. Great deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather. Very quiet complex, close to beach, cafes and clubs. Would recommend to everyone.

Very clean house. Pool a big hit with kids. We loved the privacy. You could choose to hang and read or play in pool whole day or go explore in the region. We did bring our own boardgames and that was wise. Fact that we could bring our dog was awesome too.

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

Thanks so much for hosting us this weekend. The cottage was cosy and perfect home base for trips to the sapphire coast.

The house was aged but clean and comfortable. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. We have 3 dogs who loved the large safe yard and also the reserve behind for long runs. Dog friendly beaches were minutes away. We would recommend a stay here.

Second stay at this beautiful Cottage…. Once in Winer and in Summer,…. Both amazing. Again, magnificent views & great location to take the kids (4 & 6), swimming in the safe beaches. Local brewery were very friendly and had a wonderful menu for dinner for both adults abs kids and the best part it’s within walking distance. This is one of our favorite holidays & we will be back again! Thank you Elizabeth for the fantastic communication along the way 💕

We had a wonderful week long stay. The views from the deck and inside were amazing and so peaceful. A short walk to the beach and walking track with a coffee shop and restaurants close by. The local IGA and bottle shop is also only a quick walk away. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful airbnb.

Brads place was amazing. Absolutely immaculate and had everything you could wish for and well stocked kitchen. Such an amazing place to stay and heaps of room. Brad was also so easy to communicate with and responded promptly. House is in great location! Had the best time there.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

Sarah and Andrea were wonderful hosts, super understanding and flexible.. Their property made us feel at home right away, with beautiful serene surroundings and a stunning view 😀🎉 Highly recommend their property and hospitality 🙏

Donna's cottage was a perfect place to escape from the city. Many sunny nooks in the garden to enjoy a cuppa. Lovely linen on the comfy beds. A strong hot shower was fabulous

We came to the area for my son's wedding. Tristan's cottage was in the perfect spot. We loved the cosiness of the place, the quiet, and the surrounding landscape. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We would’ve liked to have some shampoo etc in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rick’s place is terrific. Pretty much agree with most things that others have said, so won’t repeat those. It’s very quiet and peaceful. No-one was staying in the flat next to us, which probably helped, but its location means you get hardly any traffic. What stood out for us though was the birdlife. The thoughtful planting around the complex meant the area attracts a number of nectar-feeding birds. For our stay in March, Eastern Spinebills, New Holland Honeyeaters and Little Wattlebirds were the most common. There were also a few lorikeets, fairy wrens and scrub-wrens. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Alison’s place! They are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts — even though we arrived late in the evening, they warmly greeted us and took the time to show us around the house. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were touched by their thoughtful touches, including breakfast items and fresh milk prepared for us. The beautiful garden with goats, alpacas, and chickens made the experience even more special. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend staying here!

Our group of friends stayed here during the Narooma Oyster festival weekend - this was the perfect spot and we loved the fireplace, and also cute chooks!
