The luxury apartment with 54m² and WiFi, has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. On the 1st floor are the living room with a big TV, safe and air conditioning, separate toilet and a kitchen with all amenities. Such as a Nespresso machine, mini-bar, kettle, combi microwave, stove, pans and dishes. On the 2nd floor you will find the bathroom as well as the bedroom with a kingsize box spring bed and air conditioning! Tourist tax is 4.00 euros per person per night

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

On a time cutlery of 5 min you are in Belgium and or Germany there are several hiking and cycling routes available in our municipality.

Just get away from it all at this peaceful, centrally-located place to stay. It's lovely to stay in the characteristic apartment on the village square in Stevensweert. There are beautiful cycling and hiking trails nearby from where you can also make the crossing to Belgium. In addition, you can enjoy various terraces and good restaurants - which are within walking distance of the apartment.

We have bikes available and several cycling routes. We also have beautiful walking routes available. The room is 55 m². Smoking is not allowed inside!

Rural holiday home in old village center

The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
