We had a very nice week with Vincent in Beaune. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter and got a baby chair and a baby bed. With the washer dryer we were able to do our laundry at night and in the morning it came out the machine dry. The house has two gardens in which you have peace and quiet and in the back garden there is a swimming pool hot tub combination. The pool has a countercurrent system, which was good and the hot tub was pleasant 37°C warm. At first we were asked what pastries we want for breakfast and that was delivered in the morning around half past seven. We had a very pleasant time here despite nasty bad weather and therefore a lot of sitting in the apartment. We would come back here.

The Amazonite cottage is a pretty stone house very well decorated. The bedding is very comfortable, a well-equipped kitchen (perhaps lacking pots and pans but not necessarily necessary if you prefer to eat out). The plus: the spa which is in a beautiful vaulted stone cellar. We had a lovely weekend and highly recommend this place. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us and congratulations again on the renovation of this charming house.

Together with friends, we spent a wonderful week in the Moulin sur Seine. We didn't miss anything and we all felt very comfortable. Michel is a wonderfully likeable host. The house, the property and the spa area are a dream. We will be happy to come back. I would like to highlight the existing charging station for e-cars, which is still missing in the description. Definitely a plus.

Collected house, cozy, clean, comfortable to get around on foot but at the same time located in a quiet area. Equipped and clean house. We had a great time. If we go through Dole again, we'll come back here.

An absolutely lovely stay, we stayed in April and had a mixture of weather but it was great to be able to light the fire during the rainy days. A perfect, clean, quiet and well equipped cottage perfect for our 7 day trip to explore the area with our dog pebble! Thanks again!!

Beautiful ‘gite’ next to the owner’s home. The pictures reflected the actual property so no unpleasant surprises! The owners were private and accessible when needed. The location of the home is very quiet in a small village so great for disconnecting, walking or biking and close to champgne and cremant houses! Would recommend - ideally for a family with small children or a couple as it’s less designed for 4 adults.

Good personal welcome from the hostess and host. We had a great time. Beautifully located cottage with good facilities. Our only note is that the sofa wasn't as comfortable. The interior is very complete. Beautiful location on the lake. Nice terrace with sunshade and shade in the garden. The house stayed nice and cool due to the shutters. The bbq was perfect to use during the hot weather. The presence of the spacious barn is also pleasant We swam a lot in the lake , it's clean and wonderfully fresh. In short, a top stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful Orangery in Demigny. The accommodation is charming, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were 4 adults and 4 children, and the generous spaces allowed us to be very comfortable, even with several people. Emmanuel, the owner, was exemplary in his kindness and responsiveness: he did not hesitate to come with a handyman on December 31 to resolve a small household appliance issue. His instructions were clear, and his warm hosting made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and thank Emmanuel again for his kindness.

relaxing weekend in the countryside, very warm hosts

We spent one week in this home for our summer vacation. This place was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful place with a garden where you can relax without worries! The cottage is in perfect condition, and you won't miss anything (everything is designed to welcome visitors). In addition, Richard and Caroline are extremely welcoming hosts! The area offers very pleasant walks really not far away, but also cities to visit! We recommend it with eyes closed!

Sharon is a great host that takes care, is around when needed and pays attention to detail. She made sure we feel welcome and that we have something to eat upon arrival. It was easy to communicate with her (through WhatsApp or AirBnB messaging) and since our French is poor it was much easier to converse in English. We visited Frôlois in October and temperatures were below 3°C at night and it got a bit chilly in the morning since the cottage is not well insulated. There are many electric heaters that we could use, but we tried to be environmentally conscious and also conscious of Sharon's electricity bill. The kitchen of the cottage is well equipped. The only thing we missed (in comparison with other apartments) is salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and maybe some spices. You'll have to make sure that you bring everything with you or be prepared to drive 20min to the next supermarket. The gas oven is great and works well. In summer there are two options to have BBQ outside. There are plenty of books and DVDs and the Internet is fast and reliable. Beds are cosy with plenty of pillows. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are warm (or hot if needed). We were not prepared to drive a while for a coffee, but that's completely fine. We enjoyed the silence and the beautiful landscape.
