We had a great time at the apartment which perfectly matched the photos and information we had before our arrival. David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

Staying at Andrea’s place was excellent. The apartment had what I exactly need since I just moved to Geneva. The pictures do not give the apartment fare justice. It is renovated and feels like home. Andrea was super great and the communication with him was smooth and responded promptly (he even left me a welcome and thoughtful gift!). I had no issues at all. The location was super great and I loved the neighborhood to the the extent that I looked for an apartment around the area. I definitely recommend booking with Andrea.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, it's perfect. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, quick access to the lake. Old Town Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. An excellent restaurant within walking distance of the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien hosted us very well. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

Very nice place! Loft spirit, modern and clean. The outdoor terrace is a real plus. We used the gas grill, much appreciated. As mentioned in some reviews, no rooms closed but the pull-out bed in the living room is very convenient and the mezzanine spacious. Maryline was flexible with our check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend!

A beautiful and large house, with all the amenities you need to live comfortably for 8 children and adults. Karine is very welcoming. 🙂

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Carine's, she and her husband are very welcoming and very kind..always ready to help guests and gave lots of advice.. As for the accommodation everything was perfect..it was as in the photos, very clean and very welcoming, it feels like home..there are plenty of leaflets that show us what we can do in the area and a beautiful notebook that explains a lot about the apartment and the beautiful landscapes to see nearby..we would have stayed a week longer..😅 I recommend it 2000% Thank you for your kindness!! We had a great stay, apparently well equipped and well arranged. Quiet and peaceful place. The terrace is a plus. Frédérique is a very responsive host, who offered us plenty of places to visit.

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else in the future!
