Perfectly located, 12 minutes on foot from the main station, 1 minute from tram stops, and only 5 minutes from the lake. This apartment is suited for one person. It features a mini kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes towels and all the essentials. For non-smokers and calm tenants only.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
