The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore here is peace and quiet. In the winter months there is a view to the sea located 400m from the house. There are good nature trails along the coast and in the forest. The house is located by the nature park Mols Bjerge and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining. Der is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchenette and a living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Enjoy your holiday in this unique and quietly located cottage high in Mårup hills. There are sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with direct views of the Bus Valley, which is formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses, and cows as the nearest neighbor. The only road up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and on up to our summerhouse and the neighbors in the two summer houses at the end of the road. Shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor is 2.5 km away.

Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. Welcome to our idyllic summerhouse on a large, secluded plot with sunny terrace and views of the city, water and forest. Close to the city center and golf course as well as lovely Boeslum beach. Remember to sit on the top of our property with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over Ebeltoft coz and make delicious pizzas in the pizza oven. The summerhouse is cozy all year round, renovated 2 years ago, but with just the right summerhouse vibe. 2 rooms with 120 width beds + loft with 2 beds Price incl. consumption.
