Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in East Malaysia

What you see is what you get. The room is very clean. It's not far from the pier, Dawn Square, and some popular restaurants. I'll consider staying next time. Thank you Jaclyn for your timely feedback and response.

The host kindly explained and responded quickly. The accommodation was spacious and bright, and all the facilities were clean and well prepared, so I was very satisfied. I got the impression that the host always took care of and took care of it. It was really convenient to shop with direct access to Imago Mall, and the garden on the 6th floor is surprisingly well done. The host said that if it was clear, I could see Mount Kinabalu, but I could really see it. My companions also said it was the most satisfying place to stay on this trip. If you have a chance to stay longer, that would be great.

Very spacious place to stay for a family of 4-5. Helpful and easy instructions from the owner. Easy access to lots of good restaurants, beautiful scenery can be seen from the master room. They provided almost everything, we barely buy anything except for detergent. Highly recommended and I would repeat the stay in the future!

Amy is a helpful n kind host. She gives us an extra parking lot.The unit itself has a beautiful view from balcony. We can enjoy the firework during new year eve.

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. it was clean and looks exactly like the picture, with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room toi. so i think it is suitable for long stay as it is completed with all the necessities. The Spring mall is just opposite and plenty of resturants nearby. the host is friendly and responsive too. I will stay again in future. thank you!

Very cozy and comfortable unit. Washer and dryer provided, as well as cuckoo water filter, kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, big fridge. There is Ever Rise supermarket downstairs where you can get supplies easily, great nasi kukus restaurant and many other food stalls surrounding the building. Grab wait was around 15-20 minutes most of the time, so book early if rushing. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. Location was perfect and close to nearby restaurants where u can just walk. All good and 100% would recommend staying here. Definitely coming back again 😍

Elsa was friendly and fast responds when we are having a issue with the tv box. She qucikly change other tv box for us. I will come back again.

The hotel is very close to the pier, and there are also convenience stores and restaurants downstairs.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

The place is clean, the air conditioning is cool enough, the sofa is very comfortable to sit on, the bed is very comfortable, there are many food shops downstairs, right across the street is very convenient to buy things at Aeon Mall, I will come back to stay again next time, the owner can communicate in Chinese, she is very nice.
