Pet-friendly vacation rentals in East Flanders

Land Scape guesthouse is absolutely perfect in every way. A lovely quiet location, with walks right from the door, but with a town very easily accessible and supermarket in walking distance. The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable and has everything you can think of to make your stay pleasant and easy. The terrace is private and the garden just down the road is enclosed and lovely to relax in. Annalies is a great host and provides lots of information about the area. We would love to come back in the future!

When we arrived at “the old notelaer” it felt like a home right away. A cottage, clean, with everything you need and more. A beautiful terrace, a lovely garden. You can sit outside in all kinds of places. The chickens eat the leftovers of your meal and peck at them. Bed and bath are good. The kitchen invites you to cook. Cycling and hiking are excellent here. The wealth of information from the cottage comes in handy. If you don't know what to do, there are many books, magazines and games. And then our very friendly hostess and host. Always a chat, good tips. We were pampered with homemade juice and eggs. A cozy hour of drinks on the terrace also pleased us very much. What lovely warm people! We'd love to come back.

The stay was really great. Even the nice welcome message made us smile. The view of the lake is fantastic. The garden is fenced, which is great because we had a dog with us. There were even extra towels for the dog's paws. So here, too, we thought along with you in a totally loving way. The accommodation had everything you needed and above all, everything was clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom upstairs is open to the bedroom, you should know that. So there's no door. But that didn't bother us, because there is also a toilet with a door downstairs ;-) All around we can absolutely recommend this place and say thank you for a great stay :-)

We had a pleasant stay at Magda's house. The garden is beautiful and the house tastefully decorated, the area is very nice with plenty of bike and hiking trails, just 20 minutes from Bruges. A big thank you to Magda for hosting us and for her help during our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Jack’s place! We were a group of 4 adults plus one child, and the house was perfect for all of us. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. There were so many toys for kids inside the house, which kept our little one happy and entertained the whole time. We also had so much fun both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing during the day, and we enjoyed an amazing BBQ at night, it was a real highlight of the trip. Jack was an outstanding host, friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He made check-in super easy and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jack’s place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Jack and Nathalie, for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, spacious accommodation. Well stocked kitchen (quite rare in my experience) and amazing secure outside space for the dog. Guido was very kind to allow us to check in early which helped us enormously. Would definitely recommend and return as come to area often.

We were very impressed with the interior and spacious house. Everywhere you looked you discovered beautiful vintage treasures, wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool! Highly recommended!

Corinne and Peter are fantastic hosts as you would wish. The place is really outstanding. Everything is available in very good quality and very spacious. We felt very comfortable as a family with children and pets. You do not have to bring water and/or coffee and can use it free of charge. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place. Even for just one family, I was happy to pay the price, because it was really worth it ;-) Thanks for everything

We spend a delightful weekend here with 2 couples. The space is beautifully curated and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was ideal for 4 and pretty private even though it was located in the shared backyard. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The only remark I would make is that the pictures are slightly deceiving, because the pool and hot tub are part of the main houses backyard (so it’s as if you’re in the backyard of the neighbors). The kitchen and living room area are small so I’m glad we were only 4 people (it would have been very small otherwise)

The house that Clara has prepared is spacious, well-equipped and at the same time very cozy. The windows overlook the fields, trees and barges flowing along the river. In the garden there is a very nice covered terrace with a fireplace and comfortable furniture. The location is very good, we easily reached the places we were interested in by car. There are many trails for walking and cycling. We felt very comfortable here. I recommend it to all people tired of the city bustle. Anna

Jordy offers his guests his beautiful cozy tiny house. It is very nice and tastefully decorated - just to feel good! The individual rooms are one behind the other, in the back there is a very cozy bed for two people (almost like in a bunk). In front of it is the bathroom with a great shower and organic separating toilet (a little strange for us), the special green tiles and the beautiful wood create a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom can be closed from both sides with a beautiful sliding door. In the entrance area, there is a small living-dining room with a (sleeping) sofa and kitchen. Spices must be brought along. Pots and pans as well as dishes and glasses are sufficiently available. In front of the house there is a small table with four chairs. From here you have a view of the beautiful garden and also of the small train station directly behind the garden. There are very cozy seating areas in the garden!

The "tiny house" is very cozy, tastefully decorated, immediately to feel good. A garden is also provided, where my dog could move freely. Nearby is a footpath, nice for a walk and about 8 km away a pretty forest. Ghent is also easily accessible by tram from Evergem Brielken. Carine is a very helpful, likeable host. I can highly recommend the place.

Accommodation in a perfect location! Quiet because it overlooks the inner courtyard, and yet 2 minutes from the main square. Very clean, cozy, I highly recommend it.

Our stay was great, everything super neat and everything was provided. The house is very nicely decorated and very spacious. Very nice bathrooms with great showers and bath. The dogs have been able to play well in the garden. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

We had a beautiful getaway here over Easter. Our dog loved running around free in partly fenced area. The cottage was very comfortable and we enjoyed multiple fires by the fireplace. Cristel was very accommodating and helpful in suggesting different walking routes and local restaurants. We will be back !

The place was just great. Super furnished, very quiet location, beautiful surroundings. In the house there were many leisure activities, foosball, card games, games for the garden such as badminton. A beautiful retreat for the whole family

The location was just excellent and the perfect place for us to explore Belgium & The Netherlands. It is so peaceful and quiet, plenty of space to relax. We visited with our four year old cocker spaniel, who had a great time. The road to the property is extremely bumpy but well worth the slow and steady journey! Although you are out in the wilderness, which is very relaxing, there are also so many amenities within a ten minute drive. All the locals are so very friendly. My wife who is a huge nature lover, spotted plenty of birds, bunnies and even a deer! Not that it is the owners or properties fault at all, just part of the wilderness, but we did have quite a few ticks on our dog from the garden - so just ensure they are up to date on treatment and have a tick comb handy! Anne was a wonderful host and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to return in future.
