De recent gerenoveerde woning is uniek door zijn ligging (op een boogscheut van Gent), omgeving (in een oase van rust en groen) en door zijn karakter (een landelijke woning met alle toebehoren). Bovendien bevinden wij ons hier in een prachtige fiets en wandelroute en op 5 minuten van de Leie. Cultuur is hier ook aanwezig op wandelafstand. Denk maar aan het Kasteel van Ooidonk.
