What is kitchen stocking?
During the program, you or your co-host will receive guests’ Instacart groceries before they check in. Then you unpack and organize the kitchen before guests arrive.

Your guests order groceries
Starting on January 5, guests can order groceries on Instacart through Airbnb up to 3 weeks before they check in.

You receive the delivery
Instacart will send you a message to choose a delivery time that works for you. Instacart will provide reminders and tracking along the way. Unpack and organize the kitchen with your guests’ items.

You get rewarded!
In addition to helping guests feel more at home, you’ll earn a one-time $100 reward, $25 for every order, and a free 3-month Instacart+ trial with an Instacart Business account.

Common questions
How do I get paid?
Earnings are paid through your Airbnb host payout. Expect to receive earnings monthly, within 60 days of each completed order.
How long will I offer this service?
This service will be offered through the duration of the program, which will be 3 months beginning January 5. We believe this service will improve guest experience at your listing. If you decide to opt-in, please plan to participate for the full 3 month period. We'd also love to hear your feedback in the app.
Do I have to offer kitchen stocking?
It’s completely optional. You can choose which listings will include kitchen stocking. Keep in mind, guests will still be able to order groceries through Airbnb and have them delivered after check-in.
What if I'm not available to receive the delivery?
If you’re not able to receive the delivery, you can message guests directly. They’ll need to cancel their order and place a new one for delivery after they check in.
How do deliveries work?
Guests place their grocery order through Instacart. You’ll receive a text with delivery details and can select a time that works for you (up to 24 hours and at least 3 hours before check-in). Make sure to follow food safety guidelines when unpacking and stocking items. Once you’re done, send a message to your guests.
How will guests know if I offer kitchen stocking?
You can add this to your listing description or set up a quick reply highlighting this offer. You can also message them directly after they book. Guests will be able to select kitchen stocking at check-out.
Can I get help with kitchen stocking?
In some locations there are co-hosts available through our Co-Host Network. If you have a co-host do the kitchen stocking for you, they’ll receive the payouts. Reach out to cohostskitchenstocking@airbnb.com to learn more.
Is this available in all locations?
Currently, kitchen stocking is only available in select areas.
