How hosting works

  • You’ll provide a comfortable bed and basic amenities for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Learn more about hosting Airbnb.org guests.

  • Airbnb.org partners with the government and nonprofits that check guests for eligibility and assist them before, during, and after their stays.

  • Airbnb waives all service fees for Airbnb.org stays. As always, Airbnb provides Hosts with AirCover, which includes $1 million USD in liability insurance, $3 million USD in damage protection, and more.

Make a donation

Every donation helps fill a critical need for emergency stays. Learn how donations work

100% of your donation goes to connecting people with short-term housing.

Stays are completely free for Airbnb.org guests.

We support our community regardless of nationality, race, ethnicity, or how they identify.
