Super location - everything is fine, best communication with Gianpiero. In the "eye of the hurricane" with such a central location, it can't be quiet out there - especially on weekend nights - but windows close well! 1A location has many advantages - great shops and restaurants and most important Durres points all around!

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

A great location within walking distance of the beach and a big supermarket. The beds were very comfortable and it was peaceful. This apartment had everything we could want and more!

Eduart picked us up from the airport and helped us get back to the airport. She's really kind and friendly. He returned to our messages very quickly. He was very interested in us. On the first day, it showed the best grocery store and bakery to go around the house and the coastal road. The location of the house is in a great location. Everything is very close. The beach is also almost 5 minutes away from the house. It has a beautiful beach. No people or street vendors that bother you. You are safe with your family. The locals are very kind and friendly. Numerous people in the streets sell daily fresh vegetables, fruits, olives and eggs. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, We mostly cooked our own meals at home, the kitchen had everything necessary. I had a very pleasant 13 days vacation with my family and we loved Durrës. We will miss this place.

Place is exactly like on the pictures, includes all the basics and more you need. 2 minutes wall to the beach. The apartment is located in a more piece full side of the beach which we really enjoyed. Plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Private own parking. Clean apartment. We spent a great week there.

Setmir and his wife are extremely helpful and friendly. They accommodated an early arrival and even helped us find the home since it was difficult to find with Google maps. The place was clean and everything worked well. The only problem was the water. It wouldn't always get hot but it's because it's on a panel so weather and other neighbors can affect that. It was hot most of the time though. And the dog ❤️ I fell in love with their little dog. So friendly. It's a quiet neighborhood with a few small stores within walking distance. Thanks again!

Very nice appartement just on the beach, clean and comfortable. Additional benefit is an umbrella and two chaise-longues at the beach. The host was very helpful and organized transfer for us.

Everything was better than expected. Nice neiberhood and close to the sea and restaurants. Barking dogs at night was the only thing to say.

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Centrally located accommodation and very convenient to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and the sea. Super available host!

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

The stay was great, and Arkis was very welcoming, helpful and prompt. The home was clean, safe, and exactly like the photos and as described. Definitely recommend to anyone who is still deciding. There are beautiful beaches nearby, you can eat well and cheaply, but also run to the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Arkis even gave us a place of recommendations and also brought homemade honey as a gift, but we couldn't take it on the plane, but it was very nice of him. THANKS again for the overall stay 🙏❤️

Very nice, big and modern apartment near the beach. The host is very very kind, helpful and fast in contact. We had no problems. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment but just call him and he will help you. He is flexible for check out time. Thank you for great stay

Lovely, spacious, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Having two shower rooms was great with 3 boys needing a shower after the beach. Nice, clean kitchen area with plates, equipment, cutlery for preparing meals etc. Air con was in every room. Location ideal, minutes from the supermarket and about 10min walk to the beach/cafes. Lots of free parking. Can use pool if you'd like. Had a great time thank you.

Great host, clean apartment, great place to stay in the summer season, when Golem is lively filled by tourists. Off season the city is really still, but great to calm down and his apartment is great to use as a home to do trips from. Thanks Vin!

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Martin’s apartment was a perfect spot to explore the south part of Durres Beach. Supermarket right across the street, 3 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from the bus stop to take you up to Durres proper. Very comfortable bed, serviceable kitchen, bright bathroom. He was very responsive with any issue that came up. A good value- I recommend it!
