Great location in the centre of the city. Could be tricky to find the entrance when you first arrive as there is a shop with the same door number in the main street just round the corner from the unpaved private lane you need to enter to find the apartment. Fortunately Manuel was watching out for our arrival and came out to meet us. Lots of space inside, quiet area at night. Huge washer and dryer in separate laundry room. We enjoyed Durango and would happily stay with Annie and Manuel again

This is a great place in a safe and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I spend a few days there for a work-vacation. It's very comfortable furnished, a nice separate office area, and a spacious and a well equipped kitchen (at least for small meals, we didn't cook too much). There are some great restaurants and a nice supermercado nearby. We would recommend Alberto's place and definitely go there again, if we end up going to Durango again.

I thought it was a very cozy place, everything was super clean, the place is very tidy and everything in general is very nice, the detail that it has air conditioning is a plus that I really enjoyed.

Aldo is a great host. Friendly, attentive and makes you feel at home. Aldo paid for my first hour of street parking while I managed to register in the parking meter app, a great gesture on his part. The place is in front of one of the top 10 restaurants in Durango according to TripAdvisor and a few blocks from the city's main square, very good location near downtown but still on a quiet and comfortable street. The property has everything you need, very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back to Aldo's.

The house is located in a very safe private area and close to the Portal shopping plaza where you can find convenience stores, restaurants, a gym, a cinema, and clothes stores, so that's a plus. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
