Departamento 🏠 completo anexo a casa habitada. Cuenta con dos habitaciones, un baño con todos los servicios, boiler solar y de gas, smart TV, wifi, cocineta completa, lavadora y cochera techada compartida con portón eléctrico. Puede ocuparse de 1 a 4 personas. Excelente ubicación; hospital a 5 min, central camionera y plaza comercial a 10 min, centro histórico a 20 min, Oxxo, farmacia y transporte público a una cuadra. AMBIENTE 💯% familiar. Zona tranquila y prestigiada excelente para descansar.

Excelente ubicación, muy centrico a 3 min caminando del Centro Cultural y de Convenciones Bicentenario, y también a poca distancia caminando del Parque Guadiana, Centro Histórico, Paseo Constitución donde encontrara restaurantes, bares, souvenirs,bancos,principales oficinas. La casa es acogedora, es de dos pisos, cuentas con baño privado dentro de la habitación , un closet amplio, la habitación es grande con mucha luz. Areas compartidas, cuarto de TV, cocina, cuarto de lavado, terraza .

40 year-old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture/original wooden details are seen throughout the place. Attention to decor/comfort. House meticulously cleaned Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended House is 10 minutes to the center of the city. Uber reliable but not so much on major holidays. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *POOL EQUIPMENT NOT FOR GUESTS TO ACTIVATE/HANDLE
