You have your own living space, bedroom, bathroom, car park and patio to relax outside. Sofa bed in the living area sleeps two. Great place to enjoy the stars at night with no street lights. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchenette. A microwave and electric frypan are supplied. Central location, walk to the supermarket, shops & eateries. My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
