This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. The bakery is at the foot of the house and the Abatilles grocery store within 100m.

Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
