An absolutely amazing couple of nights spent here. We are already talking about when we can come back.

Great place and beautiful walks around. Log cabin was spotless and really nice to relax in the hot tub after a long walk. staff very friendly and responsive the only downside beeing the bed.... not comfortable and the pillows are really hard. we've asked for a matress topper and the staff was prompt providing it but unfortunately didn't made much difference. 10 out of 10 for the staff and the way the manage the holiday park! 100% recommend visiting Galloway Smokehouse and red deer range

We had an amazing time at Arranview. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. The cafe on sight was excellent and well priced. The lakes and scenery on sight were beautiful and very nice to walk around. Well worth the money, will definitely be back!

We had an absolute peaceful stay at this stunning wigwam. The location is perfect & the wigwam is kitted out with everything you will need. The hot tub was amazing & the hosts couldn’t be anymore helpful! We cannot wait to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a beautiful holiday here and Rosie and Jim were more than accomodating. The lodge was stunning, comfortable and the views/animals are truly stunning. Rosie is an amazing host who greets you with as much information as you wish when you arive then leaves you alone to your own devices unless you need to contact her. Which is perfect if you are looking to keep private as the lodge itself feels very private. Finally the surrounding areas are just a short drive away and I highly recommended Coulter Fell if you are up for a hike! Thank you Rosie for being an incredible host and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lodge. It made this week truly magical for me and my family.

It was a really good stay for my girlfriend’s birthday. She was very helpful. I’d never used air bnb before. And arranged this last minute.

It was an absolute pleasure to spend 3 nights at Huntercrook Lodge. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful lodge or to the stunning views. The location is excellent with plenty of walks available. The lodge is very well-equipped, impeccably clean and is just so comfortable. The small touches are all there and we were very grateful for the welcome basket, homemade cake and bottle of prosecco. We loved sitting on the veranda or in the hot tub with some drinks taking in the views. We enjoyed walks to Twice Brewed, Hadrian's Wall and Sycamore Gap but spent most of our time enjoying the lodge. Julia and Robin are excellent hosts and I can't recommend a stay at Huntercrook highly enough. I look forward to returning in the future!

Really nice, relaxing and pleasant stay at the lovely cabin. Amenities great, and furnished really nicely. With big doors out over the stream its great in the sun, but also a fireplace and heating makes it cosy if cold!

lovely bank holiday stay the lodge was perfect, clean, tidy modern the outside seating area was great. The site is very peaceful and 2 great pubs in walking distance. Bowness about 10 min drive away

We have had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Lodge. As a family of 6 with 2 dogs, we found the accommodation ample and spacious. When we arrived the lodge was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. we found the area very peaceful and there was plenty of places to visit. It was so nice to have such a lovely beach just a 5 minute walk away, the kids and dogs enjoyed it very much. we will definitely be back!

The most amazing location, cabin is wonderful has EVERYTHING you could ever need, there’s not many places I could stay a week but we could here! We will be back, the pool is a great addition for children also. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your cabin ⭐️

Lovely peaceful place to stay, we were lucky and picked a fairly mild weekend in feb, wood and coal were provided but brought extra to have the fire on all weekend. Toilet and shower in the building were clean and close in proximity. Stephanie and Rick were lovely hosts and most welcoming. Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer ☺️ ☀️

Great place to escape to. We booked for a couple of days r&r and that exactly what we had. It was so comfortable and relaxing with a huge space for the dogs on the doorstep. Helen was great and the eggs were a nice bonus. Next time we might go exploring the area.

Lovely clean caravan In beautiful peaceful surroundings. The caravan park itself only had around 5 caravans so nice and quiet, the donkeys were a welcome sight too! First ever Airbnb for all of us which went very smoothly so big thank you to Rachel for her advice (and the park warden who found my wallet and arranged to post it out for me!) Stayed to walk scafell pike which went very well. Big things!

Beautiful lodge/cabin and exceptionally clean too. It really is a home from home because there is absolutely everything you need and more. I was worried that due to the structure that it might be cold, but no, it was toasty and warm and the double bed and bedding was so comfy and cosy that I wanted to put it in my car and bring it home with me! Gareth and Kate had left a dog bowl with some biscuits and another bowl out on the decking filled with toys for the dog to play with. That was incredibly kind and very thoughtful of them, it was also much appreciated by Hector the Schnoodle. Foodwise, we had a delicious take-away for the Indian restaurant in Moffat and they even delivered to the Reception area of the park which is a 2 minute walk away. All in all, would I return? Yes, without a doubt and I don't say that about many places. Definitely book to stay, you'll love the peace and quiet, the beautiful tree right outside, the lake and the bazillion cute bunnies hopping around.

Absolutely amazing stay, peaceful, picturesque and lovely friendly hosts. The beds were so comfortable we had the best nights sleep, the beds the total darkness and quietness was heaven. We also seen deer, red squirrels and hares which we loved. We cooked everyday and had everything we needed such a cosy cabin. We lovedit, thank you 😊

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very cody and clean. The surroundings are beautiful.

The Nook was brilliant. Really picturesque and cosy. Hot Tub was one of the best we've used in Scotland - lever arm was really useful to manage the cover and keep it nice and the speakers were a nice touch. The size and view from the pit was really exceptional and a nice surprise.

Lovely cosy well equipped lodge for family of 4 & cocker spaniel. Lodge was clean & had a comfortable stay. Great location on site & lucky to have nice weather to sit out on decking. Good facilities on site & heated pool was fab. Short walk to Brockhole & good location for drive to Ambleside & Grasmere Would recommend. Thankyou

Such a great stay, exactly what we needed! Views in general were amazing but at sunset, with our fire lit & belly full of BBQ - it was truly fab. The owners are on-site & are happy to bring you extra if/when needed, super useful. They can provide bits fire & coal etc on arrival for an additional fee, we got there late so this was super useful to us! They also provide local walk recommendations, ones you can drive to, ones you can walk to (and how to get to it!) & more. Overall, great stay & highly recommend if you like a quality rest & place to relax combined with time in nature. Just perfect!

The lodge was absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted. Upon arrival all the essentials were provided like bread, milk and a delicious cake along. The lodge was very clean and all towels were provided, including the towels for the hot tub. The views from the lodge looking out from the bedrooms and hot tub were stunning and certainly helped us all to relax. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need - nothing was missing. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable week - I couldn’t recommend it enough if you want peace and quiet and stunning views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. The location has a beautiful view and was very quiet, yet close to both Innerleithen and Peebles. We would definitely stay again!

we had the most amazing time staying here for our minimoon! weather spoilt us, the views were incredible and overall we had an amazing stay! thank you Rob for accommodating us and our pooch she loved the enclosed garden and all the sheep!
