Vacation rentals with beach access in Dumaguete City

The unit is 2 levels which is not mentioned in the description but, it is an overall great unit! 👍

Zy’s Place is Clean and it is nearby the Airport, Mall and Restaurants. Zy is a very Nice, Friendly, Helpful Host. I would recommend to stay in Zy’s Place.

We had a good stay with Kaylene's place. Well equiped with what we need. Good location with restaurants nearby and easy access for transportation to roam around.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rommel’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a level of cleanliness that truly sets it apart. I was especially impressed by the weekly cleaning service – a rare find in an Airbnb! The security of the place made me feel at ease, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. Rommel is a fantastic host, ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay. By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I’d say it’s worth the stay if you’re able to. Only downside I would say is the wifi (I know they don’t have control over it) but over all really good experience no complaints. Easy to grab a cab and Landry service down stairs is perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at her place. The caretakers were responsive; the unit is clean and matches the description as well as the photos. The only issue is the water in the bathroom. We couldn't use both bathrooms simultaneously because the water flow on the second floor weakens whenever the other bathroom is in use.

The place was peaceful and suited for family staycation. The caretakers were accommodating and helpful.

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

Irenieta was amazing with us, nice, warm, and always available to help us it was really great! The accommodation is clean and very pleasant to live in, The ocean a few steps away with corals to discover by snorkeling, I can only recommend this place! Thank you again 🙃

location was fantastic, right by all the dive shops (Bongo Bongo specifically) and around the corner from two great restaurants (Jardin and Sabbies food hub). The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning worked well however the shower didn't have hot water. this was not an issue as it was so hot anyway but just a note. the pool was a welcome relief too. overall if you are in Dauin to dive as there is nothing else to do and the beach is disgusting, is recommend this accommodation.

Honeylet’s place was exactly as described. A lovely and gracious home set in the peaceful suburbs. Her staff were incredibly helpful and met our every need. We hope to be able to come back to this paradise soon.

We’ve got lost at first because one of the access roads going to the subdivision is under construction. Other than that, our stay or vacation was excellent!

Host is so acconmodating and advises you any expectations on time. Will consider on our next Dumaguete visit

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

Great location with restaurants and a small mall nearby. This cozy apartment was great for our family while visiting Dumaguete! Kaye was a great host and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be looking at staying here again on our next visit!

I highly recommend Ms. Ging's place to everyone visiting Dumaguete. We had a smooth transaction upon check-in and check-out. Ms. Ging is very accommodating and replies to our inquiries fast. The unit is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The bedding was still quite warm when we arrived, so you can tell it's fresh out of the dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the kitchenware is new. I think I was the first one to ever use them. The toilet is stylish and modern, and it also comes with basic toiletries and fresh towels. No problem with the internet speed. The airconditioning was a bit warm for me but good thing they have a fan for back up. We also had access to the game room and swimming pool. The neighborhood is not crowded, so you'll have a relaxing time. Restaurants and a convenience store are within the area and transportation is accessible. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back to Ms. Gings place whenever we're in Dumaguete.

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations, would definitely book this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it, 10/10! Thank you to the host!

Direct access to the ocean by stairs on the terrace. 15 minute drive to Dumaguete, Valencia, Dauin and Zamboanguita. Many dive resorts and beaches nearby. Plenty of diverse restaurants nearby. 50/50 chance to see turtles when snorkeling right in front of the terrace.
